Really friendly staff - lots of room for various meetings and whatnot during conventions (which was the nature of my being there).
Great design to the hotel itself, with a wraparound balcony on each floor letting you gaze down into the very spacious lobby... Plus glass elevators, which are always neat, even if they do tend to cause a bit of vertigo.
All in all, nice staff and convenient location (not that far of a walking distance from the Convention Center, the stadium, and other downtown attractions), and definitely a lot cheaper than staying a couple of blocks farther south.
