I stayed here for 5 nights back in January. We were out to look for housing, since we will be moving to Atlanta in April. Location is good, as you can walk to a bunch of restaurants. The staff was nice, but nothing too special. We tried to ask for a few recommendations of places to eat and really did not get much help. The main reason I am only giving them three stars is the Valet. Every time we called down to get our car, they said 5 Min's. Every time we went down it was more like 10 Min's , which would not have been a big deal, except it was 15 degrees that weekend!
The rooms here are GREAT. The service amazing. I was there for a conference. The staff was highly accommodating. The food as plentiful, and very well made. If ever you're in Georgia, you'd be happy staying here!
I had mixed feelings about this place. We were here for a group event, so we paid group rates - otherwise I would have been pretty unhappy! Our room was nice but the remote controls for the TVs were not the right kind and didn't make the TVs work. The people at the front desk were brusque and not friendly. All 3 elevators were having tantrums and at one point, only one was working. They ran out of a lot of stuff at breakfast, like silverware and fruit. On the plus side, the beds were great, when I called down with a question about how to work something a very friendly staff person came up within 5 minutes, and the location was very convenient.
