I like this location a lot since it is local and easy to get to.  It is quaint, so yes small, but it's no different than other elements.  The space is inviting, relaxing and welcoming.  The staff are always helpful, passionate about their work and put you at ease.

My husband and I have been members at this location since about 2008.  I've seen a number of masseuses, of all levels, just to get an idea of who I'd like and who I would run from. (none to run from so.. )  Got to my fifth person, Lauren, and was definitely setup with someone that was right for me. She is really attentive, knows what she is doing and you can see she is passionate about her job. I have never been unsatisfied with the staff, their scheduling or any massages.

Save your money you will not get a good massage nor will you be treated professionally. The massage therapist actually said "you need to relax!"
Well, that's what I came for...it was beyond bad.

If you're looking for a full spa experience, this is not the place.  Elements feels very much like a mid to lower end chain.  You must clearly communicate your needs to the receptionist so that you're paired with the proper masseuse.  They use a scale system based on pressure and presumably, experience.  You must also reaffirm your preferences with the masseuse you are assigned to before your session begins.  I believe true spa service is intuitive on the part of the practitioners.  The music, candles, aromatherapy and reception area all need to be tweaked as well for a cleaner, more robust and transforming feel as well.  They can't help their location but renting space in a rundown strip mall is far from heavenly.  That said, the actual rooms for service were spacious and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

VERY pushy about selling their membership and upgrades.  That being said I have had some wonderful massages.  You just need to deal with the hard sell.

OK, so I used to go to the Elements in N. Andover.  I never had to make an appointment. Problem was that every time I went there I got someone just out of massage school. The massage was always nice (who doesn't like a massage right?) problem now is they closed. The last time I went they told me they were merging with their larger location in Andover. More space, more therapists all together better. All of their adds & out side of all of their locations there is always in big letters "walk ins welcome".  I never know when I will have the time or the urge for a massage so this works for me but,,, when I went to the Andover location (which looks smaller than the old N. Andover location I was told it would be several hours before I could get my massage. (this is not the first time) Sorry but by then I either won't want one or I'll be busy. Not cheap either.
