Great prices for great mani/pedis.
Hard to find good nail salons that don't take a limb with them while they are giving you a pedicure. Element Beauty is clean, they have a nice selection of polishes, and they give pretty good foot massages. That's all I'm looking for. I don't need paraffin treatments to be included; I just want to be able to walk out the door without paying $50.
This is a rare find!! -

Horrible place and will never go back. Purchased a deal from living social to get a brazilian wax and it was the worse waxing experience in my life. The lady used way too much wax and it took her way too long to get everything off. Then she was pulling the strips off way too slow and that caused way too much pain.
After it was all done I went upstairs and the cashier tells me they had to charge me an extra 20 dollars for the waxing of the back area. Ok who does Brazilian waxes and the @ss area is not included. I gave them their 20 and left. Oh and I will add I had so many ingrown hairs the next week it was horrible!!! -

I decided to go to this place for a facial because they were listed on the Spa Week website, and I had a $50 Spa Week gift card to burn. I have been getting facials for the last 12 years, and have found the perfect esthetician that I have visited regularly for the last 3 years, but I found myself at Elements because of the gift card.
I made a reservation mentioning that I found them on Spa Week and wanted to use my gift card, and the receptionist told me that was ok and gave me an appointment.
The facial:
The facial was mediocre at best. The esthetician was heavy handed and the facial actually hurt at times, especially the massage. It was not relaxing at all. Then for the real kicker, she stopped to text on her phone at various times throughout the facial, and left her phone on the bed next my head.
Was this facial worth $52.95, no but I had a $50 gift card so it wouldn't have been so bad except at the end after I mentioned my spa week gift card on the phone, and at least 5X to the esthetician they decided to tell me that they don't take spa week gift cards.
Originally I might have given this location 2 stars but that was a major disappointment. Who does that?
I got swindled out of $52 out of my own pocket for one of the worst facials I have ever had, when it should have been a free Birthday present. I am just happy that they screwed up and didn't give me the more expensive facial that I actually asked for when I made the appointment.
I am sorry but I simply can not recommend this place to any one.
Spa Week Gift card Users Beware! -

Been here many times before. Returned today with Buywithme coupon. Was asked to pay tax, found that very strange since I never had to before. Had a new person worked on me, Sue is her name. She has magic hands, strong yet gentle. No elbows which I find painful. I think lazy people use elbows to save their strength. Anyhow I would have given them 5 stars if they didn't ask me to pay tax of $1.75!

Brooklyn, NY
I had the lucky fortune of stumbling into Element last week for a mani/pedi.
I was actually looking for a hair salon when I literally walked past, looked at my poor nails (fingers and toes) and just walked in.
The reviews about the cleanliness are correct - it is very clean. Also, the nail technicians include a leg/foot massage in with their pedicures. I liked the leg/foot massage so much that I ask for a quick hand massage.
Seriously the massage was better than some that I have paid for separately. I quickly relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed myself.
The manicure/ pedicure was OK - not as good as the massage, but passable - the overall issue was that they do not have UV fans and I needed to sit at the dryer for it seemed forever before my nails were set.
I will go back sometime again soon. -

I came here because of an Ideeli coupon I had for a 60 minute massage and a mani/pedi. I was staying the weekend in NYC and Sunday morning was the only time they could do it. They opened at 10 and said I could be their first appointment at 10:30. Only problem was I had to check out of my hotel two hours later. They said I could come in early - I got there around 10 and their employees were just arriving and started doing their prep work.
I sat at the counter where she offered me tea, I declined after seeing an employee take a mug, fill it with water, take a few sips and put it back with all of the other mugs.
They took me downstairs at 10:20 for my massage. I never had a massage before and I really enjoyed it. My shoulders were all knots and left a bit sore. It was a fully body massage (she wore gloves which felt weird at first) and it was overall very relaxing (even though she ended a few minutes early...)
Next was the mani/pedi - They had a great selection of colors (essie and OPI) There was an area next to you to put all of your bags and shoes. There were tvs in front of the stations but they weren't turned on. I told her I need to check out of my hotel in under an hour and if she could make the process a little quicker ( I don't think she understood but I had 2 minutes to pack my bags with wet nails...)
It's now friday and my mani and pedi have no chips and still look great! I don't think I'd go back and pay full price, but if I find another coupon I'll go in a heartbeat. -

I've gotten a mani/pedi at Element three times, and each time I've had a great experience. The salon is incredibly clean - all the tools are sanitized between uses, and all the surfaces and floors are always sparkling white. They have a great selection of polishes (Essie, OPI and a limited selection of Zoya). All the manicurists I've had did a detailed, thorough job. I get the hot cream mani/pedi, which consists of your typical pedicure plus a scrub on your arms/legs, oil and a warm lotion massage. Heavenly! The drying area is well stocked with all kinds of magazines so the drying time flies by. I always make an appointment, and am never kept waiting more than five minutes. Five stars all around!
It seems like a lot of the other yelpers felt like they were treated poorly for using a coupon, but I've used a coupon every time I've been here, and I've never felt like I was treated worse for it. -

this is a great basic manicure spot. element is meticulously clean, and each manicure i've had here has been well-shaped with impeccable polish application. i usually see chipping on day 5, which is okay but not great, but everything else about element is so consistent that i love coming back here. wonderful, friendly staff as well.

I came here for a brazilian b/c I bought an online deal for $25.
All the mani/pedis are done on the first floor, and the rooms for other services are downstairs in a really narrow hallway. The room I was in had a TV on the ceiling (I'm not sure if all of them do), which was pretty cool except that it was just playing some asian music videos. They also serve their customers tea while waiting, which was appreciated.
The wax itself was pretty standard. The person I had did a good job of getting everything off, whether it was w/ wax or tweezers. This place isn't stellar, but one of the better waxes I've had. -

How awful is it that after plenty of good experiences here, I should have to post a 2 star review.
I had made reservations for 2 mani/pedi's and arrived on time but waited for some time for two beauticians to open. When we were seated, they started on my boyfriend who obviously was going to take far less time so we ended up being separated when everyone knows that the fun of going to get your nails done together is sitting together.
Then my mani/pedi was fine except that it's chipping like crazy and my boyfriend had his nails cut FAR too short and everyone knows how awful that is. It hurts for days and days... awful. We tipped generously for the service because we had a coupon and we should, but the service was sub-par at best. -

I had bought 2 Livingsocial coupons. One for a Brazillian wax and the other for a Hot Cream Mani-Pedi (Both were $20 each).
I'm saving the Mani-Pedi coupon for sandal season to kick in so no review on that yet although the ratings before me suggest that I shouldn't have any positive expectations at all.
I walked in for my Brazillian after making an appt. The place is very white, clean, and modern looking. The lady at the counter looked super confused when I told her about the coupon and had me write the coupon# and my info on a post-it (not a problem!). I was then sat at a bar, in full view of a variety of tea and some coffee. The woman next to me was offered tea (which she declined) but I was offered nothing except for side-glance and a smirk (because I was using a coupon? or maybe I wasn't dressed fancy).
After about 10 mins waiting, I was called to the back where they led me downstairs into a darker, spa-like hallway. My lady's name was Wendy. I've had brazillians for a while and this particular experience was by far the most awkard/time consuming wax ever. It felt like Wendy was putting on the wax in quarter sized areas and and the whole experience took almost 30 mins (usually, it takes around 15). I wouldn't be surprised if someone told me it was her first time performing a brazillian wax and I can't imagine anyone paying anything more than $30 for this better yet $50. It was unconfortable. There was a TV overhead but it was off. The room was cold. The wax was initially.. ok. and a week later left me with ingrowns.
...Can't wait to have my mani-pedi next! ..... .. .. -

I am really shocked to read the less than EXCELLENT reviews here. I have been a customer here since their opening. I used to go to the place a couple doors down, but found this place while a bit more expensive, to be exactly what I was looking for in a place I get my Mani/Pedi's. To top it off they have a spa space downstairs that provides Massages and Facials! I've had it all here and will not go anywhere else.
If you want a facial - go see Kimberly. She is will make you look and feel like a goddess.
If you want a massage - walk don't run to Carol. She is very skilled bringing many years of experience to the table, no pun intended.
If you want a mani/pedi - see Joanne or Wendy - you can't go wrong they are all awesome!
I recommend buying gift certificates during spa week because you can use them anytime - or go in Mon-Wed because they run another special.

GREAT mani/pedi, below average eyebrow waxing.
For $20 on http://www.buywithme.com, I received a mani/pedi voucher and, on an unsuspecting Saturday morning I treated myself like a princess.
Well, not really, but you get the gist.
The facilities are clean and quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the services are (for the most part) superb. The nail color selection is pretty consistent with other salons, and there are plenty of stations set up, so it's hard to imagine that anyone would have to wait very long for their services. I arrived a half an hour early to my appointment and they took me with no questions asked.
Sena, the girl who helped me, did an amazing job, was sweet and patient. It's unfortunate, though, that her waxing abilities aren't on point. She left me with two totally different looking eyebrows.
Thank goodness for eyebrow pencils.Listed in: Take a Load Off

I have been to this spa twice and both times I have been thrilled with my visits.
The first time I came here was because of a recommendation from a sales girl at the Betsey Johnson store. She was the first person I had seen that had 3D nail art. She said Ako had done them but she was on maternity leave. I went there determined to get them done either way.
Ok so here is the breakdown which I think will be helpful...
1. There is definitely a language barrier because the staff does not speak fluent English. However, they do know enough to do the service but not if you want to chitchat.
2. I fell in love with the fact that they autoclave individual packets of instruments. Just like you see at the dentist office. They open each pack in front of you and only use those instruments. I don't care for other salons that tell me they use strong cleaners, etc. Autoclave means clean!
3. The girls there are very artistic, sweet and nice. Yes, there is still that language barrier but they try so hard to make little conversation with you. I have had Cindy and Judy. I will say Cindy is more experienced than Judy but they are both awesome.
If you are looking for unique nails in a sterile, clean environment go there. -

I was a little hesitant to come here because of the mixed reviews, but I had a really good experience. I came in for a 50 minute Swedish massage because my back was killing me, and I left feeling much better. The atmosphere is clean & modern. The room for my massage was crazy tiny and I worried that the therapist would have trouble maneuvering...I was wrong and she did a good job. She did use gloves, which was unusual to me, but really didn't affect the overall massage.
All in all, def a place I'd go again! -

After calling Sakura and Marie Nails for a Calgel manicure, and being told that they had no appointments available for several days (although to be fair, Sakura called me the next day with a cancellation), I was ecstatic to hear that Element could fit me in that day.
When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The decor is simple yet adorable. The place is spotless and feels very upscale.
Though I was getting a French manicure with extensions and Calgel, I noticed that the color selection is extensive. Next time I'm definitely getting a pedicure as well.
Michelle did my manicure. She was lovely, and talked me through the whole thing, asking me questions to make sure the manicure was exactly what I wanted- length, shape, thickness of the white part, etc. She did a perfect job, and I couldn't be happier with Element. To top it off, I'm pretty sure the cost was less than Sakura or Marie. Yay! -

I come here every couple of weeks because although I am a Jin Soon regular, I am very hard on my nails and no matter where I go, after four or five days I need a manicure. This is one of my two "fill in" places. I would not come here if I did not live in the neighborhood. The pluses: very clean and comfortable. The minuses: the manager is an unfriendly bitch, I have been coming here for two years and have yet to get any acknowledgment when I walk in the door. The manicurists are marginally better. I was there two days ago and sat next to the MOST obnoxious client who was not satisfied with her manicurist, ultimately the manager came over to do her nails. A better place would have offered to comp me, it was a stressful half an hour to listen to the woman next to me complain nonstop. But that is not the Element way, unfortunately. For $12.50, this is about as good as it gets. But it ain't great by a long shot. Have had a bikini wax (regular, not Brazilian) and that was actually quite decent --- but spend your money better and go to Bliss.

Review from Alysia A.
New York, NY
Unfortunately, my rating is not for the service itself - the Brazilian wax with Maria was very good. She was very thorough and asked multiple times if the pain level was okay.
I had come here because of a LivingSocial deal I had purchases months ago. I didn't realize until I walked in that I had been here before. But since I purchase deals from multiple websites, I couldn't remember if I had come here with the LivingSocial deal. It didn't help either that it was still listed as unused on my deal list and I had received a reminder email just this week to use the deal. So I gave the receptionist my deal number which she wrote down then cross-referenced their list of deals. I even watched her find a line and write down today's date, so I figured this deal was unused.
So imagine my surprise when 20 minutes later I go upstairs to leave Maria's tip and the receptionist calls over the manager (or owner?) to speak to me. She explained that my deal had already been used. So I asked her why they waited until after the service and she said that they didn't notice that before and sometimes the receptionist is too busy to check. Which I found to be a bold-faced lie since I watched the girl take out the reference list and write down today's date. I thought she was trying to cover up the receptionist's mistake so I asked her to show me the line where I saw the receptionist write down today's date (7/12) but she couldn't find the page. Instead, she showed me the line with my deal number which had a date from February. Then she told me that she would give me a discount but the measly 20% off still came to almost $46 which is a far cry from the $25 I spent on the LivingSocial deal.
I think the fact they didn't "realize" the deal was used until after I received the service was shady and would not come here again, given the way the management handled the situation. I don't need to come to a salon where I need to be tricked into purchasing their service when there are so many options in this city. -

I've been here a few times for mani/pedi and think it's the best in Manhattan at its price range. You are guaranteed a great selection of colors, superior sanitation standards, and a solid paint job from the technicians that lasts for weeks.
As with anywhere, the level of service can get watered down during peak hours so I generally try to avoid Thursday/Friday nights and weekend afternoons when they are busiest. -

Treated my wife & cousin to mani/pedi & they liked it. They forced me to get a massage, which was nice. Slightly over priced, but nice, clean place. They use massage chairs also.

I normally visit the Brooklyn location but decided to give this one a try. Wow! The overall layout was better, especially the drying stations. It's so much bigger in general. The massage chairs were great. They're nice and roomy so I could lay all my crap down next to me.
I called on a Sat and was able to book a mani/pedi with no problem The staff was really nice. Looks like they get a lot of students at this location.
The services are still the same. They give you a menu when you sit down in case you want to go up from the basics. My mani lasted almost a full 2 weeks....pretty good! -

They saved my nails! I was down the street at a nail salon where i wanted to get my silk wraps removed and do a gel manicure instead. The lady started peeling off my silk wraps by jamming a METRO CARD between my real nail and the wrap (which of course resulted in my nail being ripped) I screamed, ran out the door, and ran right into Element, and thank God I did!
The women at Element were horrified by the metro card nail removal story and quickly wrapped each of my nails with a little foil pocket filled with acetone. With great care the nail tech, Sena was her name I believe, got the wraps off and ever so gently buffed my nails back to life. She then did an amazing job with a gradation gel manicure. I ended up paying about ten dollars more but at least I still have my finger nails. Who knows what I would have been left with if I'd endured the Metro Card Method. Thank you Element! I will be back :) -

I had a deal for this place and I shouldn't have taken it.
I had an appointment for 2pm, I was on time, even a couple of minutes early. I had to wait for 20 minutes. Nobody even said sorry for making me wait, no tea (which I saw they had), no anything. I had to wait even longer after I got seated in the pedicure chair. Both mani and pedi took less then 40 minutes. At first the job that the girl (I think her name was Belen) did seamed OK, but then 3 of my fingers started to hurt, cause she must have cut too much skin. Then I had to tell her where she needs to work more. The result was no more than OK. I've expected better.
The place itself is very nicely decorated, spacious and light. They have a great choice of colors. -

This is roughly the only place in Manhattan that I enjoy going to for manicures or pedicures.
They keep the place pristine, all the staff are very good, they have a great assortment of colors, and even have the new gel manicure service.
If you watch, they frequently have deals through Groupon, Scoop Street, etc. The staff know me and continually accommodate me, even though I often have to come in last minute.
I love love love this place and will hopefully try a massage soon, as they are supposed to be fantastic. I would recommend this business to anyone and like any good business, if it's good, it gets busy. -

Brooklyn, NY
I came here because I had a Groupon that was about to expire at the end of this month. Honestly, I was little nervous before I came here because of the mixed reviews from yelpers. Well, it was a rainy day and I was almost 30 minutes late because I forgot to bring the printed copy of Groupon and had to go back home. Contrary to my skepticism, they were very welcoming, took my umbrella and coat immediately as soon as I walked in.
Miho was the first person to work on my mango-citrus pedicure. She was very pleasant and gentle. While she was cleaning my feet, I asked her if they offer Cal-Gel/Japanese style design, and I was so excited to find out that they offer this special service at this location. Wow, this is probably the only nail salon that offers Cal-Gel besides Sakura in NYC.
So, the owner, I believe her name was Michelle, came with 5 boxes full of creative designs and colors, and gave me plenty of time to decide. I chose purple gradation style pedicure with blings on my toe-nails, and fruity pink with purple sparkly french nail tips for manicure. Michelle was very detailed, friendly and professional. She also told me that there's another Cal-Gel specialist, Ako who's currently on maternity leave but when she comes back within next weeks or so, she should be able to service 3D style Japanese nail art.
For those of you who are not familiar with Cal-Gel: this is the special type of gel that won't damage your nails yet won't easily chip, and will last about a month for nails and few months for toe nails. Since I had a great prior experience with Cal-Gel, I would recommend this service to anyone. I used to get Cal-Gel regularly while I lived in California and it used to cost $80 to 90 for either manicure or pedicure so I was pleasantly surprised that they only charged me $70 for both mani and pedi after using my groupon considering that it was worth about $40.
So, enough said! I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely come back for Cal-Gel with 3D nail art for next visit! -

Just had a massage and facial with Sue, and both were amazing. Everything was very clean and welcoming. The room had soothing music, and Sue was very conscious of making me comfortable. The massage was very thorough, and she used perfect, strong pressure. I loved all the products, especially the ones for my facial. They smelled and felt amazing! She was very gentle, even with the extractions, and I left with my skin feeling fresh and hydrated. This was definitely worth the money I spent on the BuyWithMe vouchers, and I'd even pay full price. I had a mani/pedi there on a separate occasion, and that was also great. Very happy with my visit today!

I came here for a 60 minute swedish massage. This place is no-nonsense but provides good basic service. Had no problems with my appointment - arrived on time and was asked to wait only a moment or two before the massage therapist came. The short wait was good because there is no waiting room or area - I was asked to take a seat on a bar stool at the counter right by the cashier. The massage rooms are downstairs, and it was good and quiet while I was there on a Saturday afternoon. There is a nice clean bathroom, but no shower, steam or sauna - this is not a true dayspa and there was no offer of robe and slippers or any sign of a locker, shower area, or blowdry area.
The massage itself was very good - professional and thorough. My masseuse (Sarah?) was good about following instructions when I said I would like less pressure on certain areas like my calves, and otherwise had a nice firm touch. She massaged me the full time I booked, and while some of her strokes were more reflexology than swedish, it was generally a good and relaxing experience.
I would have liked this place better if there had been a place to shower after the massage, and a lounging area, but for a basic in-and-out one service visit, it is perfectly fine. -

Another disappointing Groupon purchase. I left there saying WTF?
First of all, I'm a dude and I've been getting Pedi/Manis for as long as I remember. After being married for 18 years, my secret is, ya gotta stay groomed. (as well as change diapers and wash dishes)
I walk into a clean but empty store. I show my $62 Groupon and ask for the Citrus/Mango special. The girl tells me Citrus or Mango? I'm not going to argue, my feet are going back into my socks and shoes.
Then, my girl Wendy turns on the spa water which first started warm and then got cold in two minutes.
When I get a Spa Mani/Pedi in Long Island, these girls work it! They scrub a dub dub when I ask for the extra service. Pounding my legs, massaging my feet, heaven! What I received at Element Lounge for a spa treatment was like the water. Cold and boring. Yeah, Wendy worked her magic with the cuticle cutter and files but when it was time for the Citrus ONLY bath salts, it was really, really quick.
I received no massage after my manicure like some of the other Yelpers listed below. Uncool Wendy, Uncool.
Elements: With your Yelp wearing shirts and Yelp stickers on the door, I've had better in Long Island! You better bring your game up!
I wont be back. -

This is easily the best mani/pedi I have had in NYC. Kate gave me the most amazing mini massage on my feet, hands, and shoulders as well. The lavender mani/pedi is so soothing, and was exactly what I needed to exfoliate the dead cells off my skin. She started my treatment, serving me green tea and starting my massage chair. The rest of the staff was so friendly and helpful. It's extremely clean, with flat screen TVs placed everywhere. There isn't a blind spot in the whole place.
They are taking part in spa week, so come April, I will be back for a massage! -

I decided to try Element because I needed to find a pedicure place close to my work. Element took me as a walk-in on a very busy Saturday afternoon which was helpful. I bought a pedicure with additional callous removal and this poofy moisterizing boot.
I guess overall the pedicure was relaxing. Or, should have been relaxing had the whole thing not taken over an hour and a half because my technician was inexperienced. (a lot of fumbling, chatting, moving like molasses). At the end of all the scrubbing/moisturizing services, she gave my toenails what I can only describe as a very odd shaping. Painting, ok. Then, I was under the dryer for about 20 minutes, which should have brought me to the point that I could quick-dry spray and walk out the door, but it was as though the dryer had not been on at all. My technician was nowhere to be seen. Totally annoyed and late for my date, I walked out and totally mucked up the paint job.
Was anyone mean? Totally not. But after paying $65 plus tip I should at least feel somewhat pampered and I should definitely not have to fix the paint job at home. Will not return. -

Went this past Friday for a couples massage with my husband. I got a deal off of http://groupon.com and it was amazing! My massage therapist was Carol, I highly recommend asking for her the next time you go here.
It's a tiny little boutique spa, but surprisingly big when you go inside. My massage was so good that when it was done I felt like I was floating.
When the massage was done, I noticed that my manicure from the week before was starting to fade and since their spa manicures are only $12, I thought what the hell! OMG! They have the biggest selection of OPI nail polish I've ever seen. The manicure was great and very thorough. When it was done, I went to a drying station that had tons of the newest magazines and small tv's built into it. Then one of the massage therapists came over and rubbed my shoulders for about 5 minutes. By far, the BEST manicure I've ever had!! -

I also came here because of the Groupon deal, along with my sister and my might-as-well-be sister-in-law. I opted for the Citrus-Mango mani/pedi and it was AWESOME. Here are some major pluses for Elements:
1. The staff didn't laugh at my hideous second toe on my left foot (de-nailed and stretched out when a TV fell on it when I was in seventh grade)!!
2. The staff didn't laugh at my bitten and picked at finger nails! (this is a major phobia of mine... begun in 3rd grade a manicure birthday party where the women made fun of me in another language, pointed and laughed at my fingernails)
3. I got a massage after my manicure. I just wish it would have lasted a bit longer.... I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders.
4. The mango-citrus bath salts and foot/leg scrub smelled and felt SO good.
The only drawbacks:
1. The spa was kind of cold
2. The music/music videos on the television sucked
It seemed like even without the Groupon, their prices are pretty reasonable so maybe I will go back someday! Way to go, Elements! -

This place is great. I tend to run into places in New York where the color does not last. I have also seen nail salons that water down their polish.
Element is by far the best nail salon I have used so far in my young life. The color usually lasts me about at least 3 full weeks without a chip on my toes.
The massage chairs for pedicures are very comfortable as well.
They also have great packages for kids. They have one where the water turns into gel so its pretty fun for the children. Guilty. I know about this because I couldn't resist and tried it last time.
M-W they have Spa Mani-Pedi combo for 35 dollars. I have always walked in without an appointment and was attended to right away. Great place! -

Nice spa, convenient location. That's about it.
All of the Korean girls in here seem miserable and unhappy. I don't think they know how to smile. Nobody greeted me when I entered so I kind of just stood there.
The owner/manager lady finally showed up and scolded me for being late. Yes it's my fault that I'm five minutes late but do not treat me like I am a child.
I chose the citrus mani/pedi. The pedi was decent until she decided to talk about my legs and my feet to the girl sitting next to her. She assumed I was Chinese but little did she know I understood every word that was coming out of her mouth. When she commented on my dry skin to the other girl, I told her I forgot to put on lotion that morning and that was that. They shut up. The mani wasn't great either. The "scrub" never went past the wrists. This place is so cheap they cut up the buffers into tiny pieces. Lastly, there was a sign by the drying area indicating how much groupon users should tip. How does 15% of $45 come out to $9? Beats me.
Thank goodness I didn't pay full price. Used a groupon. Never going back. -

A went here because I had a Groupon like most others that have posted on here. While I'm happy with my manicure and pedicure, it no way reflects a $62 job. It's worth exactly what I paid: $25 plus tip. I can't not imagine paying $62 for what I received. I ordered the lavender scrub and well the scrub lasted all of 20 seconds. The water was lukewarm throughout my service and my feet and legs were barely massaged. My technician was friendly and did exactly what I wanted but I really don't see how this manicure/pedicure is any different from the other $25 mani/pedis I've gotten. If some could explain that to me, then maybe I'd return. There was nothing spa-like about this experience. It was no frills and lasted all of 45 minutes. Who would pay $62 for that??
Also, there was a weird dude in scrubs awkwardly going around offering neck massages to clients. I can't even begin to explain how awkward that was! -

I came here with my friend for a Mani - Pedi
I give it one star for being super clean
and another for the refreshments (considering the very discounted price I paid that wasn't something I expected)
But the girl was staring at me the whole time and honestly, my mani-pedi wasn't even that great I would never pay full price for the service I received. -

I have only been here for a facial. I had done my research on Yelp beforehand....
Looked over their prices and chose a facial that was supposed to be Organic and catered to my skin needs.
Facials were given downstairs in a spa-like room. Everything seemed to be going alright with the products she was using. I was even recommended a few other upgrades for my skin to improve.
I felt like the facial overall was good, but when I got home, my face totally broke out and red rashes started to form. I dont know if I was allergic to a product she used, but I have never been allergic to a product before. I had to buy some caladryl lotion to alleviate and heal my skin. :( I tried to call the location the next day to explain to her, and she told me "everything we use is organic and natural. That should not of happened, sorry!" and she hung up :(
