I have followed my stylist for many years, but this place is messy y crowded, and there are a few unpleasant people , but the worst thing is the music, very annoying and laud they should play something more relaxing.

Highly recommend getting a hair cut by Tony at Elegant Salon (949-584-1383). He was the most meticulous and polite stylist I've had in years. He made sure to ask what look I wanted to achieve before cutting any part of my hair so of course, I loved my end result. I also very much enjoyed the experience as it was very relaxing and worth every minute and dime spent.

DO NOT let rouhi do your hair. She messed up my hair so bad I had to pay double in another place to fix it. And when I told her she was SUPER MEAN AND RUDE and wasn't willing to accept her mistake!!! I DON'T recommend this salon all

I walked in to talk to someone about getting my hair done. I was waiting over 10 minutes and many people walked past me including stylists and was ignored I would never recommend this place.

Fariba is Amazing
Honestly, one of the best decision that I made to go to Fariba Shirazi for Brazilian Blowout. She is super knowledgeable with hair trends and about what product to use for hair.

A true artist, and a genuinely wonderful human being. She has been coloring and styling my hair for over 20 years. Not only was my hair color perfect, it lasted twice as long. The way she does my roots allowed my hair to grow out for almost 3 months and still look great.

On the recommendation, of a perfectionist friend, I went to Elegant Salon for a color and cut by Margaret O'Brien. My friend was spot on.

Margaret listened to my needs and lifestyle. Assessed my hair and the condition of the hair. Told me what color and style that would bring out the hair and my face. No pressure on any level.

My hair has never looked this nice. Great cut (I have fairly short hair) and excellent weave colors.

Margaret is very gracious, patient and very professional on every level. Also, the price of her service was very much on par with other hairdressers in this area.

Gina is the #1 colorist and hair stylist she always get the color right, amazing highlights and touch up for the roots is a piece of cake...amazing skills and knowledge,she cuts,highlights and blowdrys my hair leaving the salon feeling like a super model on the runway

I've been going to Maecel for years, and I'm happy to read that she has so many devoted fans. Quite simply, she's the best. Irvine's a drive for me so I admit, I've cheated - sure, there are other good stylists, and sure, there are whole chains of inexpensive men's cuts, but no one gets it as right as Maecel does. Maecel accepts my swinging because she knows I'll always be back!

One of Maecel's greatest tricks is she doesn't cut your hair exactly at its best length - wait for it - meaning, if she cuts it 'perfect,' as a guy, that form is gone within two weeks. But the time and detail Maecel puts into what looks like an uncomplicated cut (I usually go messy, fauxhawk-y, high and tight) gives me a week of it being a little short but still looking good, two+ weeks of it being in prime form, and then a gradual outgrowth that gets my butt back in the chair before I look like a dirty hippie. (There was a period where dirty hippie was exactly the look I was going for, and she did that too!)

So kick back with a cold one, or wine, or my usual soda, and relax for about an hour, not counting delays, which are very common. I love Maecel but her schedule is not for people with short fuses. And be prepared, wherever you are, wherever you move to, you'll be driving to Irvine every month or so for life!
