Great place, i got a pedicure and my friend got a no chip manicure (CND). We are both super happy with the service. The salon was clean and quiet, the techs speak English and are really nice. Their prices are really competitive compared to the other nail salons I have been to. We will definitely be back!

I went here for a pedicure and acrylic nail fill. The place is nice and sanitary for what I could tell. I was happy with the service and the ladies spoke enough English to be helpful and nice (sometimes there is a language barrier that makes an experience really awkward). My toe nails turned out really nice. The one thing that sucked is one of my acrylic nails was filed crooked.... then later in the week one acrylic nail popped off and took half of my real nail with it (I was just going through hangers in the closet and there was no force or pressure to make something like that happen).
I am going to try some other places to make sure I am getting the most for my money. They do have a punch card for manicures where you would earn a free manicure eventually. -

I went here last night and this place was great! I had Hannah and she was wonderful. She did a great job on my manicure and french pedicure. The salon overall was very clean and I appreciated the little touches they provided... Hannah tested a few colors on my nails before I decided on a color, she also gave me a 2 minute neck massage when my mani and pedi were over, they had a large TV on one wall, but had it muted and played spa like music.
The prices were great as well... a mani/pedi combo was $40 and then $5 additional for the french on my pedicure.
Parking was very easy in the Van Buren parking garage that is right around the corner.
I will be back to this place for sure! -

This place is a nice place to kick your feet up and get your toes painted after a long day of hiking around downtown Naperville.
The first time I went there, I called ahead and they were booked up the wazoo. I made an appointment for my friend and me for half an hour later, half an hour before they closed. They stayed open just to finish us up and they didn't rush to get out of there -- they did a great job and is one of the rare nail salons that throw in a free shoulder rub.
We decided to host a little pre-wedding mani-pedi session there and they were extremely accommodating, even allowing us to bring in our own champagne and little cakes. They helped us move our stuff around (including champagne glasses and little cakes!) as we got manicures and pedicures. I was very impressed and pleased with them. -

Elegance has now lowered their pedicure price to $30 from the former $35.50, a wise idea in this economy and to be competitive. They still have their "frequent buyer" punch card as well.
Service remains top quality; I had a good experience with Jinny and no wait as a walk-in on a Monday morning.
The downtown location is convenient and they have an attractive setup. An elegant arrangement overall; go and treat yourself!Listed in: Girly Stuff!, Fingers and Toes!

Great little salon! Cheap, clean and friendly, and I got a nice little neck rub while waiting for my nails to dry. Um, yes please.
I was excited to see a no-frills nail salon in downtown Naperville and it met my expectations. Only negative was that we went for my sister's wedding and didn't get any special attention/discount/excitement. But, they did let me move our three mani/pedi appointments around 3-4 times the morning of, so no biggie. -

This place was great! We made an appointment, there was 3 of us girls going in for mani-pedi on a Saturday morning, we walked right in and they were waiting for us. My girl was Amy and she was fast and fabulous! They have a great wall of colors to choose from and also very patient with my frirend that changed her color 3 times during the process.....Highly recommend this place and I will def be going back.

Excellent service, prices, and a shoulder rub! Lots of color choices. I'm ALWAYS happy with my manicure. They take their pedicures seriously, too. My feet have never been so smooth. No reason to go anywhere else!

I am sold on this place! I normally only get a mani/pedi a few times a year, but I think since discovering this place it may be more often.
They are super attentive and friendly there. You get a quick back massage at the end of every service. When I was waiting for my no-chip manicure to soak off the lady placed one of those warming things around my neck. Nice! They really treat you like royalty there, and the prices are competitive.
Parking is also good because it's right by the Van Buren parking garage. -

This place is AWESOME. Super friendly staff, a whole crapload of nail colors to pick from, and very relaxing. I had Anne, who was fantastical and did a great job on my tired little feet. Pretty reasonable prices, I paid $36 for a manicure-pedicure because I made an appointment and came in on a Wednesday. They close at 7:30, but she mentioned they can do an appointment later than that if you need them to.
Seriously, check this place out..I'll be going here from now on :) -

This salon just opened and I wanted to give it a try- and I'm so glad I did! We walked in right when they opened and the four women were cleaning all their tools but they happily filled up the freshly washed pedicure tubs for my mom and I and made us feel right at home. I had Kim doing my toes and she did such a fantastic job- i recommend booking an appointment with her. She did a great job perfecting my cuticles and messaging my tired feet. The best part was the end though, they sit you under those fantastic blue lights that make your polish rock hard and they give you a back massage with this fantastic machine. I would come back just for the massage!
Now through Nov. 30th they are offering 20% off everything when you make an appointment, their prices are extremely reasonable (my pedicure was $28) so definitely stop by soon!Listed in: The Best of Naperville

I love this place & here is why:
It is clean, very clean.
They have every Essie and opi color! Big bonus!
They do a scrub and hot towels with your pedicure.
U don't have to get up to wash your hands. Hot towels again.
They do a shoulder massage while your nails are drying!
They also do waxing and chair massages.
And, they are really nice!

Yay for a nail place in downtown Naperville! Sure, you could go to the salon, but this place is super cute and the staff are so friendly. I've gotten a pedicure and manicure, and both have been long lasting and very professional.
So many places around nail places put a lot of pressure on you to get additional treatments or "spa" pedicures. This place had no pressure at all, and even threw in a shoulder massage at the end for free (which is great!)
The shop is clean and very pretty. I think it would be a great place to have a pamper party or a pre-wedding/prom/special event party too.
While you could do a little better price wise by going down Ogden a little bit, you can't do better in downtown Naperville. Elegance Nail and Spa is a great find. -

Great experience - staff its super friendly and accommodating. It was relaxing to say the least. VERY CLEAN! Manicure and pedicure $40 - great price for all you get (massaged at the end, scrub on legs/feet). Left with NO smudges which is awesome.
The only thing that could make it better is refreshments and magazines.
Definitely worth going back again and again! -

I'm only giving this a one start because you have to to have a rating. I just received the worst manicure in my entire life. I don't know who did my manicure because she was not wearing a name tag but the manicure was very rushed and does not look good. I am completely unsatisfied. The experience was very unpleasant and I will not go there again nor will I recommend it to my friends.

I went to this nail shop only because my current salon isn't open on Sundays and I needed my nails done for a meeting that week.
It appears that their manis and pedis are great. I was watching the girl next to me get her manicure and it looked great. I also see a bunch of reviews on them so, I'm guessing that's their strong suit. Nice place, great decor, clean, friendly.
If you're getting acrylic or gel nails however, you will be sadly disappointed. I asked for a regular full set of acrylic nails which took her a LONG time to shape and file. They ended up being a lot shorter that I had asked for in the end because of all the filing. She shape wasn't very good, the nails where bumpy and my french manicure was way too high for my nail beds. At the end of it all, she then took out the UV machine which meant that she actually gave me gel nails instead of acrylic.
I also had my eye brows waxed. She didn't take my makeup off, she didn't trim the hairs or shape them with tweezers. She barely even took the wax off (as I found the sticky wax residue on my face when I got home).
In the end, the male owner (who wears a suit to work), had to explain to me that gel nails where more expensive than acrylic nails and that he was doing something nice by giving me a discount since I actually received gel nails. I felt like he was really trying to push the fact that he was doing some thing nice for me when it really was a misunderstanding on their part.
In the end, it's been one week exactly and my nails are lifting and some of the gel has chipped off already (mostly because she only left a thin layer after she filed most of it away).
In the end, I felt like way too much emphasis had been placed on the decor, state of the art ventilation system, expensive containers for their supplies, and the 2011 calendar that they gave me on the way out.
I would just like my nails done with some quality behind it. Needless to say I won't be back. -

Great little place in downtown Naperville. Reasonably priced, nice decor, and clean. They take their time with you and do a good job. I never felt like they tried to hurry with me to get to the next person. Bonus: they even provide a complimentary shoulder massage while your nails dry. The only downside is that many of the women speak limited English. I would definitely go back!
