Like Bilal B. has said, when my husband and I started looking for real estate in D.C., we were truly cautions about what agent we would work with. Luckily, a co-worker recommended Eldad, and we could not have been more satisfied with the fit. Eldad is patient and understanding with his clients, keeps his opinion to himself, as he understands everyone has different needs and desires when it comes to buying property, and gives great advice when solicited. Additionally, when it came to writing the contract (in the heat of this crazy DC market when we were all outbidding each other) at 11pm, Eldad didn't blink at making our contract and needs priority to help us get a great deal on a great place.

Since the sale, Eldad continually has checked in on us to see how all is going, and has had some great recommendations for reliable contractors, accountants, and so forth. I highly recommend Eldad.

Eldad is someone who truly deserves the highest of praise for his professionalism. When I met him a few years ago, I was somewhat skeptical of real estate agents, but he really changed my perspective. He sat down with me and we discussed my requirements in detail. Then he short listed properties for me based exactly on those requirements. Unlike other real estate agents, who just wanted to sell whatever they could.

Eldad is is very responsive and totally reliable. He has always held my interests as the top priority. I have bought a number of condos through him and have referred him to many of my friends and co-workers. Everyone who has worked with him, have had nothing but praise for his services. I strongly recommend him.
