This gem is Topaz.
This has to be the best authentic Mexican restaurant in the area. Wonderful staff, reasonable pricing, and the food was mouthwatering great. I'll definitely be going back when I travel to Bolivar again.

Good Americanized Mexican food. I'll give it 4 stars for the area, but in Texas, this would be a three star restaurant. Over all, the service is good, the food is good and its pretty cheap.
I really like their tacos, but they are so greasy that you have to eat them pretty fast. There are a variety of other options, most of which are pretty good.
