Ok so this is a review for a taco trailer, not a restaurant per se. This place is really hit or miss. I've been here a few times and the carne asada and al pastor tacos are generally good, but I went tonight and the corn tortillas were stale, their rice wasn't cooked properly, and the lengua was flavorless, while the carne asada and al pastor were both overly gristly. It's too bad the standard deviation of their food quality is so high, otherwise I'd be tempted to come here more often. I feel like this place ought to be better than it is, because usually I'm the only guy who speaks English when I come here. The tlayudas look pretty good, which are these giant hubcap sized quesadilla type things. You could get four of those and slap em on your tires and show off your fancy new rims to your friends, drive home and have food for a week. How can you beat that?
