This is a neighborhood staple if you live in Westechester Ave off the 6 train, I grew up going to this restaurant, it is  a mix of chinese food and authentic latin food, I love The Broiled fish and their tostones, along with their Carne palomilla MMM... also a fantastic dish which I highly recommend is their Carne asada con chanpinones (a.k.a. Latin Fillet Mignon) and their Guisado (stew  is awesome)
