Nice Nicaraguan steakhouse - there is also a location on Bird, but my brother says this one is better. Everything feels pretty authentic, which isn't that tough in this city, because I'm sure it is. They pride themselves on their churrasco, which was delicious. This is some of the best chimichurri that I've had, ever. I only had the "baby" 8 oz. steak (make fun of me all you want), though they also have 12 oz. "normal" and 16 oz. "big daddy" portions. But trust me, 8 oz. is enough for a normal person, and a couple people we were with didn't even finish that. They have a chicken churrasco which is prepared the same way that my brother really enjoyed, as well as a portobello version for those averse to tasty animals. There was a selection of other dishes you might expect, but everyone I was with had some churrasco variation.

Every entree comes with a salad, garlic bread, and infinite rice and red beans, fried sweet plantains (maduros), plantain chips, and fries - i.e. not fantastic if you're on the Atkins diet, but good nonetheless. I guess the salad is to make you feel like you ate something healthy? There were some good wines by the bottle, but I wasn't impressed by the selection of wines by the glass. My aunt had an interesting-looking guava cheesecake that I was too full to try.

Overall a good experience, and the service was fast and rather attentive. Not a place you would go every night, but quality food and especially good for those that are into large portions. Make sure to hit the gym the next day if you care about your heart.
