Beautiful selection of jewelry. This shop is a bit overwhelming with the variety of items for sale. I can't even tell you everything that's available. I went straigt to the case of rings (which were 20% off).  The sales girl was friendly and humored me by listening to me blab about something...I don't remember.  I'm happy with the two rings I found.

I instantly fell in love.
As a regular wearer of gargantuan pendants, this is the most beautiful store in the world to me.  Rows, and rows, and endless rows of semi-precious stones.  And when you thought you couldn't hold the teeniest bit of tinkle in, the glass housed displays rotate and show even more options.
Ooh la la.  I pretty sure I peed myself with excitement.
I don't buy into the  "bought a souvenir in a visiting city to remember it" m.o., but, seriously, Boulder is wicked cool, and El Loro certainly provided some awesome souvenirs.
After what seemed to be forever, I selected an exquisite SS and green dyed cracked quartz pendant.  It reflects the light, looks like plant cells under a microscope, and has collected many compliments.
I so loved this piece that when my boyfriend went back to CO, he made a special trip to Boulder to surprise me with another cracked quartz pendant.
Yep, still in love.
