I always choose El'gant Alterations for my altering, tailoring, and dry cleaning needs.  Their prices are reasonable and cheaper than those at the Navy Uniform Center at Pearl Harbor.  Though they are not associated with the military, they know military uniform standards very well and every one of my patches have always conformed to the guidelines.  Finally, their turn around time for sewing and dry cleaning is usually up to 50% faster than the Navy Uniform Center.  Go El'gant!
