This intersection just really works for me. I never thought i'd settle down in the peninsula (and maybe i still haven't, seeing as i rent), but living within a couple blocks of this intersection has made it palatable. I mean, consider it, i'm hungry but i'm a health nut-- one block to Whole Foods! I'm sick but i'm an herbalist-- two block to Elephant Pharmacy! I'm tired but i still have to work-- oh look, there's a Peets! It's raining and i don't want to cook-- thank goodness Pho Vi Hoa is right there! Dry cleaning? Sure, Good and Clean! Stamps? Village Mail! Gas.. Arco, the cheapest in Los Altos.. And my clinic? Four blocks away. I mean really people, in the land of commute, i'm livin' on a cruiser. It's enough to make a girl yelp an intersection.
