Stopped into this store location to pick up a few items (wipers, filters, air fresher, etc). First time to this location; I frequent other Advance Auto stores since they offer a military discount. This store shares the building with a few other establishments, so I'm not sure if it is store's problem or the others. But there were trash in the front of the store.
Upon entering the store there was a friendly staff member who greets you with a hello while walking in. Inside the store it was clean and well stocked.
The one negative aspect, while looking for an air filter & cabin air filter, I was trying to looking for the type of air filters for my vehicle. They didn't have a book or electronic product providing a description search by make & model of your vehicle. The staff was busy talking story at the register, versus provide some assistance to their customers. I used my smartphone to visit their website to get the information.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - James P.Gaithersburg, MD02May 8, 2020
Do not go to this store you will get your card information taken down and your bank account will be compromised. These crooks stole my card information and tried to open a bank account in my name not even 30 minutes after I used my card there. If you come and purchase anything here use cash only.

I have been at this store on several occasions to purchase parts. Based on my experience, the service at this location has been above average. In recent years, Advance Auto Parts has been incentivizing its customers to place their shopping orders online before stopping by the store. In doing so, customers receive pricing discounts that are unavailable to their "walk-in" customers. Recently, I was browsing the company's website to shop for some automotive light bulbs. I noticed that the bulbs were quite a bit more expensive than the same ones on a competitor's website. While thinking about whether to use the competing website, an on-screen message appeared that I could "save 25 percent" on this order by signing up to receive e-mails. With the additional percent off, the price differences on these items would have become insignificant. So, after signing-up for e-mails and entering the discount code that was provided, I received another message (in much smaller print than the e-mail sign up) that light bulbs were excluded from the discount code. At that point, I decided to switch over to the competitor's website, and ordered the needed lighting equipment. Since then, I've been receiving e-mails from Advance Auto Parts that I have only a few hours left to use my 25 percent discount. I think I'll have to pass on this one.
