A beautiful eight-lane Olympic-class all-weather track that is open to the public year-round. Great for running laps, but especially for running sprints, as the rubberized track is marked for 100m, 200m, and 400m distances. The surrounding concrete stadium steps are 18 inches deep and 20 rows high. Climbing them to the west side gives you a clear view of the Golden Gate. Try running 3x200m sprints, 3x100m sprints, and 10 stadium steps. This track will make you feel like Carl Lewis, even if your waistline says Carl's Jr.
