Wow, so sad that they got such horrible reviews on their delivery service.  My coworkers & I wanted to get one of our other coworkers an Edible Arrangements but after reading the reviews, I was VERY hesitant.  We didn't want to pre-order so we called them and they said they had two already made arrangements for sale.  We went in around lunch time and they even gave us samples of chocolate covered strawberries, huge ones!  We picked out our arrangement, paid $48 for it & left.  Service was actually very good while we were there.  I'm guessing it's a no for delivery & yes for pick up!  Overall, this is a unique gift idea but overpriced for what you get.  The fruits aren't terribly tasty but they sure do look pretty.

As Mothers Day was nearing, we figured we'd purchase an Edible Arrangement for my mom. So we process the order online and they assign the Fremont location with our order.

**Not Yelping first was a BIG MISTAKE! **

The plan was for the fruit basket to be sent to my mothers work this past Friday. We call Friday to make sure that everything will be sent in a timely manner. But to our surprise the manager states the delivery will be between 11am and 9pm.

There should be a reality check amongst this location.  What if the job is a 9-5, then what happens? And who would want fruit at 9pm at night?

This is what happens.... I have to drive over to this location and pick it up myself and bring it to my moms house on a Friday when the freeways are jam packed.

Anyway, great fruit but just lack of a business ethic here.

**Another funny thing aside from my order is my cousin also ordered from this same place and had it delivered to his mothers house yesterday, and yes they did come close to 9 pm and to make matters even more obscure, they give them someone elses fruit basket**

The stuff was really nice, but they were late and my husband said the manager has no customer service skills.

I wanted to send my husband a nice gift to work for his birthday, preferably in the early-to-middle of the day (beause it's fruit and a snack and something that could be shared) but it got to the building after closing - on a Friday.    So much for a birthday surprise.

I was told by the staff that there are no guarantees on the time of delivery, which wasn't exactly the customer service response I'd expected.  There is no point to a gift delivery if it arrives past the occasion - and I was really offended by their offer to deliver the following Monday - using the same fruit after it sat in a fridge all day Friday, a truck Friday afternoon, and a fridge again all weekend.

Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!
