I ordered an arraignment from this Avon location for Mother's Day 2016 and I have to say my wife and I were terribly disappointed! Though the chocolate was good, the rest of the arrangement was less than desirable. The honey dew melons and cantaloupe were lacking flavor, almost like a bland water and no hint of what they were suppose to be. The grapes were good and the pineapple got a pass but over all for the money spent, I'll find another option. I've had the Edible Arrangements before but not from this store and it's always been a hit and if I were a vendor or store owner I would personally check to ensure my product is top shelf as its a direct reflection on my business. No way I'd just order and take whatever is on the truck and pass it on to my customers.
Yes I did make a complaint and not I haven't heard a word which says they, the Avon, IN store doesn't care and they have single handedly ruined the business of this company with me through a single franchise. Never again will they ever receive a penny from me.
I'm giving one star because there is no rating below that. Stars are for good ratings, so there should be something for subpar services.

Awesomely nice people!! My order was not completed correctly...they were so very nice and took care of business and were super apologetic!! Way to go at handling the situation and making a happy customer!!

The stores and online offers don't seem to be in sync. I get a text offering a discount weekend. Email every day of said weekend letting me know offer ending. One day left or few hours left so on. Go to store and they know nothing of it. Even show text and email and try to argue that it's ended regardless of the fact that I just got the email. Emails from them will be considered spam from now on.

I was very disappointed after ordering a very specific item for delivery and something else showed up. Edible Arrangements on-line customer care was not helpful at all, however when I called the store and spoke to the manager she outdid herself with exceptional customer service and sent a new bouquet out that very day of the arrangement I had originally ordered. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because the mistake happened in the first place, but their response to their mistake was definitely 5 star service.

We placed an order in advance and when we went to pick it up today the store wasn't open. No contact to us and no way to leave a message when calling the store. There was snow in the area but Edible was the only business not able to open by early afternoon. Our credit card has already been charged. Corporate said there is no way they can help get me a refund. Way to ruin a birthday. Never again will we trust this business.
