Roberto provided excellent and knowledgeable service. We had a critter under our house crawlspace, and he told us what we needed to do to trap it and prevent it from entering again, free of charge. I decided it was more fair to pay for his expertise and I'm glad I did, as I did not want to set traps and dispose of said critter! I would definitely use Eco Star again. Thank you!

I work at a local business who has a lunch picnic area outside. The spider situation was getting out of hand, so we called EcoStar to spray for spiders as well as knock down any webs. On 6/11/1845 days after the service was rendered, I received a large spider bite after lunching outside. I immediately called EcoStar due to their 45 day warranty (on 7/27), and left a message with the receptionist who said that "Roberto" would be calling me back. I received no call, so I called back on 7/30 and on 8/2 when I was told by the receptionist that he is just SO busy. I have yet to receive a call back.

Do they actually show up?

Setup an appointment to meet at 3-5pm and people never showed up. We called at 4:50 to make sure they were still coming had to leave a message. They called back 20 minutes later to say the guy is running late and he will show up later. Well 5:35pm comes around and nobody... It's Friday night, we prefer not to wait around all night. Decided to cancel as it seems to me as if this is a good indication of what we can expect later because we are looking for a monthly maintenance plan too, but we need accountability.

If there was one positive comment it would be the lady on the phone (Lizette) was nice. Maybe if they would have offered a discount because of the inconvenience it would have showed some professionalism, but that was not the case.

There are many other pest control companies, I recommend looking for another company.

This is the company to use for Gopher problems. Super responsive. Offer a 2 month guarantee. Actually solve the problem.

I would highly recommend.

Price is great and less expensive than some of those other phony places that do not offer a guarantee.

Go with these guys. You have nothing to lose.

We were given 3 free treatments to make up for our initial, negative experience. I appreciate their efforts to make things right.

In addition to treating outdoor ants (our original problem), they helped us identify the issues we were having indoors with spiders and beetles and treated those free of cost as well.

Everyone I encountered at Eco Star Pest Solutions has been very kind. I think my initial experience was a product of their fast growth (good for them) and a mix up with their new phone system. All issues appear to be resolved now.

Eco-star has the worst customer service. We were charged for services they did not render. We are also accused of not paying a bill and had to call back with verification check numbers etc. to prove that we had paid. After they claimed they sprayed, we had ants inside and out, spiders all over the patio furniture. They never knock down any webs as they claim that they would.

Roberto is the man. He is currently trapping all rats in the craw space under my house, he even fixed all areas where those critters were getting in. Highly recommend.

About six months ago I stopped service with another pest control company, because I found them just spot treating areas, and not really eliminating my pest problems. I called Eco Star based on other YELP reviews when my spider problem got out of control. Roberto came the same day, and did a complete and amazing job! He treated the outside of my home and even turned over all the outdoor furniture, wiped out the webs and nasty crawly things, and wiped all the webs off the eaves of the house. One of the screens leading to the attic was missing and he replaced that as well. On the inside to the house, Roberto sprayed under all the sinks an along all the interior walls. He was very careful of our dogs and fish. I was so impressed with Roberto and his eco friendly product, that I have signed up for bi-monthly service.

I called TWICE to get appointment scheduled. They asked for a photo of the flying pest. So I sent the photo, which was very clear. They booked the appointment and told me to ask tenants to leave with pets. When the ECPS guy showed up on appointment day, he was in the house for 5 minutes max; he said he could not do anything until their insect expert analyzed our flying pest. So why didn't they say that when on the phone--BEFORE I ASKED THEY TENANTS TO VACATE FOR SEVERAL HOURS??? The tenants left for no reason at all.

The ECPS guy then took a sample of the flying pest in a baggie. I NEVER HEARD FROM ANY REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMPANY AGAIN UNTIL I CALLED THEM 10 DAYS LATER. The return voicemail stated, "The expert still had not identified our pest, but we will contact you as soon as we have an update."

That was over 2 months ago. They still have not called me back with any update. They also never apologized for their lame conduct.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are unprofessional and their customer service is PATHETIC. Truly appalling.

I hate spiders so I looove this company! Thomas B. is the man! Showed up on time, super friendly and got rid of all the webs! Thanks Thomas!
