First of all, it is the week before Christmas and I decide I need to get my carpets cleaned. I realize this is prime time for carpet cleaners, but thought I should at least make a couple calls to see if by any chance I would luck out in having someone come in in the next week. I did my yelp research and called these guys. Not only was the phone answered by a live person, but they were able to come in two days later. These guys worked with me on the time. I had originally scheduled a time and when I requested to push it back 45 minutes, without hesitation, they agreed.
These guys were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were able to remove a two year old blood stain from my carpet (sick pet from a while back). During the cleaning process, we made conversation and talked about varying topics which was kind of cool since I was stuck in the kitchen while they went about their business... My carpet looks great. It no longer looks like it needs to be replaced. I couldn't be happier with the result I received. I definitely plan to use these guys again and would recommend in a heart beat. -

I used these guys to clean my carpets and was very impressed.
They were on time and super nice. They vacuumed and then did an awesome job on some pretty serious carpet stairs. I have a rental unit and the tenants often do their best to stain my carpet, but somehow these guys get it clear year after year. I use them every year and you should feel good about doing the same. -

Got my carpet cleaned by them. They seemed cool, I kind of thought they were a little expensive. I was concerned about the types of chemicals they use because I have pets and am expecting a new child and they assured me that they were perfectly safe, however I wasn't given any specifics like chemical names or details about the chemicals. Also their website doesn't list anything either, so I'm kind of crossing my fingers and trusting them. Other than that my carpets seem good. The name echo implies they use nontoxic chemicals and should emphasize on that more, maybe updating the web page etc...

One doesn't necessarily expect to be "wowed" by a carpet cleaning experience, one way or the other. I have to tell you: the experience was such a good one, I may just get my carpets cleaned more often than every 2 years... which my friends will tell you is definitely a good thing. Rather than launching into an essay about this, I'll provide a top 5:
1) The guys called hours in advance when they knew they would be late
2) They did 5 rooms for the price of three due to said tardiness
3) They pointed out the $99 special rather than me asking for it
4) They told me that the quality of my carpet was good and all I needed was a basic job, as opposed to upselling me all sorts of bells and whistles
5) They both shook my hand, introduced themselves, made me laugh, and did a fantastic job... quickly.
I will definitely be calling these guys again for a carpet cleaning... if I don't call them to go for a beer first! -

I went with Eco-Dry due to the yelp reviews. Robert (co-owner) sounded good on the phone and confirmed they guarantee satisfaction. At the appt., Michael (co-owner) was nice and courteous. They were fine for carpet and moved furniture (which was great), but with the exception of Robert's shrugging shoulders when I noticed a pet stain didn't come out of the carpet and the fact that they were late (not just a little late) for both appointments. They called and left a voicemail to say they would get here closer to the next hour, but the second time was to meet with us regarding a problem with the floor tile job they did. You'd think they'd be on time for that one, knowing we weren't happy with the outcome.
The day they did the job, they were rushing to leave when done (remember they got here very late) and didn't double check things with us or notice a couple of drippy globs that got onto my stainless dishwasher by where their tile machine was. I now have permanent dark drip stains with cleaning marks from me trying to get it off that can be seen when lit. I'm not sure why they wouldn't have covered the appliances, cabinets, and baseboards to protect them.
They wanted full payment even though the tile job wouldn't be completed until they came back again a few days later to seal the grout. Robert had a bad/upset attitude when we offered to give a portion (most of it) now and the rest at completion for reassurance. We paid by credit and he entered our credit card info. into his cell phone.
When we called that night, to discuss the tile outcome (streaky appearance) and not to seal the grout at the second appt. until it's resolved, Robert was very rude on the phone and was talking to someone else in the background at the same time. He did not try to put us at ease in any way, and said they would take a look at the next appt.
WARNING: DO NOT use them for porcelain tile or stone. Go with a tile/stone/grout specialist who is licensed, bonded, and insured. Eco-dry does not specialize in this and we are now paying the price. They took on the tile job with hesitance of knowing what they were getting into with a glossy coating that was on the matte natural looking faux stone porcelain tile by previous owners, but we put our faith in Eco-dry, since they said they could do it. The outcome looked worse than it was before, and couldn't figure it out, therefore creating an uncomfortable situation, having to get a refund for the tile job. Now, we are stuck with spending a lot of time, effort, and money to get the job done right by tile specialists.Turns out that tile specialists are constantly fixing messed up floors due to carpet cleaning companies that added this tile/stone/grout service, but don't know what they are doing. Hopefully they learned not to take on jobs like this that they don't know how to handle...and hopefully will be more professional and courteous on the phone.Comment from Robert T. of Eco-Dry Carpet Care 1/5/2012

This is how all business customer service should be!
I have a 920 sq foot condo that needed carpet cleaning along with a sofa/chair/ottoman that are off white that needed to be cleaned with some stains on it. After their first visit, the carpet turned out fantastic however the furniture looked worse than before they cleaned it. I sent them an email along with pictures. They promptly sent me an email and a phone call explaining to me the phenomena that occurs especially with light colored fabric ("brown out") and they would be more than willing to come out to fix the problem. GREAT!
They came out again to remedy the "brown out" effect. I checked the furniture again, and the stains still hadn't disappeared. So they offered to come out again, if I'd let them!!! Of course! They came out again and the stains were so much better. Even after their 3rd visit, they said they would come out a 4th time if after it dried the stains were still there!
I've never encountered such service and talk about standing by your quality and service! As this is a rental property for me now, I'm definitely going to call them for any future service! AND recommend them to anybody who's looking for someone to get their carpets cleaned.

EcoDry cleaned our approximately 900 SF house and I couldn't be more pleased. They promptly returned my call and set up and appointment later in the week. Robert showed up on time, made his appraisal and got right to work. Our carpet is slightly different from most and required a special cleaning method that he explained as he worked. The cost of the work was very reasonable and I'm happy with the results.
I'll definitely use Eco-Dry the next time! -

Can't believe how good my rugs, carpets look and especially my couch! They are fair in their pricing and do an excellent job. They were on time, fast, thorough and efficient. What more could you ask for? I would recommend them to anyone. -

I was very impressed with this company. I scheduled my appointment 10 days out and received a reminder call from them.
Michael Williams showed up on time and the over the phone quote remained the same. No crazy up sell, just efficient service.
Michael was friendly, courteous and did an outstanding job. No harsh chemicals and the carpets came out perfect. These guys are the real deal!!!

Just had my dirty, filthy, dog-urine stained carpet cleaned by these guys and they did an *amazing* job, super courteous, punctual, respectful of my home and GREEN on top of everything. I had dog-urine stains and random food stains everywhere, and they were pretty deep into my nice carpet, but they were able to get rid of most if not all the stains (which were exacerbated, I'm sure, by my rubbing them in even deeper with Resolve) and for spot cleaning a master bedroom, a quarter of a guest bedroom and my walk-in closet, they charged a very reasonable $140 and took about an hour and a half. Even though they're busy, I begged and got an early appointment. The owner himself came out for the job and he was super nice and professional.
I highly recommend them and will be using their service again in the future. -

Wow. Just... wow.
Need the carpet in my living room cleaned, and prompted by the many glowing reviews I decided to call Eco-Dry to set up an appointment. The gentleman on the other end sounded confused when I asked about carpet cleaning, then said that his phone had been ringing off-the-hook for the last half hour. I realize that if your company does a good job that your phone will ring a lot, but it is no excuse to be short or rude on the phone with a willing customer.
He said he had an appointment next week, which I was happy to book. When I asked if there might be a better time to call to discuss the appointment further, he rudely stated, "Now".
Really?
By now I was done with him and politely told him to simply nevermind and thank you, and he just hung up.
He was a major asshole on the phone and since I have a choice in my carpet cleaning I certainly won't choose them. I will also spread the word to my local friends. -

I've used Eco-Dry before and they did a great job for our apartment. We liked their work so much that we recommended them to our apartment managers for everyone in our building to use.
Alright, now the time comes to use these guys again (we party a lot.) Who do I call? No brainer right? I call these guys up and leave a message. 24 hours later, no response. I call again. I get to speak to someone and I ask him if he has us in his database?
He says, "Oh, I don't keep a database so we'll have to go over everything again."
Awesome...I tell him about how we referred him to our apartment managers. He says he remembers and appreciates the business that he's been getting from our referral.
I say "Great,well its that time again and our direct neighboring apartment would like to get their carpet cleaned as well on the same day. Do you offer a discount for two places a wall apart from eachother?"
Eco - "Oh sure, we can probably work something out..."
"....well what exactly is the discount? We paid $100 last time."
Eco - ".....we can work that out when I get there"
"Well I paid $100 last time, we have given you multiple referrals, and my neighbors want their carpets cleaned on the same day. What is it going to cost?"
Eco - "....Either $160 for each apartment or $130"
"You charged me $100 last time!"
Eco - "Well I don't want to do that again."
"ha, alright, bye"
Repeat business, multiple referrals, same day double deal...I don't know how much more I could've done to boost this business.
To charge me more after all of that is ludicrous. On to the next one. -

I wanted to get my carpet cleaned and was considering renting the rug doctor. I'm so happy I decided to go with Eco-Dry instead.
I set up an appointment on a Saturday morning, took the dog for a walk to get out of the way, and I had a fresh clean carpet 45 minutes later. Although there were no major stains to start with, it was much easier to have my rugs professionally done then messing with it myself. The cost was not much more than renting a rug doctor, buying the chemicals, and spending probably a couple hours doing the work.
I liked it so much that I scheduled a carpet cleaning for my boyfriend's place. Although his was in worse shape (pet stains here and there), they were able to make look good as new. Plus the cleaning products are pet safe and the rugs were dry within an hour or so.
I had a great experience both times and I highly recommend them. -

These guys did a great job! All the nasty stains in my carpet were removed with the exception of a wood stain and one other stain. All the grease and wine stains came out. The guys worked fast and stuck to the $99 special online with no qualms or "suggestions" to spend more. They also did my hallway for no extra charge! They were so professional and I'll definitely use them again!

Robert did and AMAZING job on my carpets. I bought my condo 2 years ago and the carpets we nasty I tried numerous times to get the stains out of the carpets with no luck. My carpets are beautiful, if you use them you will not be disapointed.

I went ahead and called after the glowing reviews. I also expected possibly a rushed person on the other end of the line after reading Chase's review. It must have just been a bad day for whomever answered that day because when Robert answered the phone he was very nice, spoke slowly, and took a lot of time to answer all my questions.
When he couldn't come out when I needed, he suggested another business that may work for me better considering the special challenges of where my residence sits. These guys are awesome! -

I have a cat who had given the once over to my area rug and carpet. I scoured Yelp for someone who could specifically clean my shag area rug. After running into brick wall after brick wall I found a review of Eco-Dry. I gave them a ring and made an appointment. They were early and did a fantastic job. Normally I would just rent a rug doctor, but I knew the shag would be too risky for a novice.
When these guys left, my shag was beautiful and my bedroom carpet looked better than when I moved in. They took the time, did it right, and were nice guys. These guys are top notch and eco- friendly. Call them for any carpet or upholstery cleaning. -

These guys are great. Punctual, courteous, and they did a great job.
Our 5 year old off-white berber (sp?) carpet looks new. Really.
And don't waste your time renting one of those grocery store carpet cleaners. The results are not worth comparing. These guys are pros!

So I needed my carpet cleaned because I am a clumsy fool and spilled many a beverage.
These guys are very professional, reliable, and are true miracle workers.
While they did their business we went to have lunch and before we could be halfway done with our food, they gave us a call letting us know they were done.
These guys are fast, thorough, friendly, and amazing.
The carpet looks excellent, and there was no chemical fumes or lingering because they use state-of-the-art eco friendly products.
Purely genius.

The cleaners arrived on time. The quote did not alter nor were there any surprises.
We had just painted the walls and baseboards white so we were concerned that the machines--if used recklessly--would mark them up. We voiced our concern and they assured us there would be no trouble. There wasn't. Not a scratch. They were very careful and took the time needed to clean the carpet.
And the carpet came out great!
Every spot was removed. Those that were trouble were marked and they got them out with some special treatment (no extra charge). How can you complain about that?
Will definitely use again. -

I was incredibly lucky not too long ago because days prior to a wine party, I had called to schedule Eco-Dry to come out and clean my old and strangely frequent-appearing stained carpet for the day following the party.
These guys were one heck of a life saver....not that my life depended on clean carpet...BUT...when I woke up that day with a fuzzy head after the wine party and a strange smell that soon uncovered red wine vomit still fermenting on my beige apartment carpet, I began to think I would soon be living with a giant purple stain to remind me why drinking is bad.
The guys were great when they showed up. I had to try to explain that the first stains they saw were some type of under the carpet mystery that would re-appear every six months or so. At first I figured they must have smelled "frequent customer" from that speech because when I showed them the purple vomit stain, I couldn't believe how smoothly they began to tackle it, but in actuality they just know their stuff.
So about an hour later they called me in to take a look and it was remarkably clean. I was most impressed by how knowledgeable they were with the stains and even tried to explain to me the chemistry behind them and how they were treated so there would no longer be any reappearing mystery stains -

This is a solid unequivocal five-star review.
My wife picked Eco-Dry because of the great yelp reviews, and the fact they are a local small business and environmentally friendly.
Our carpet was in bad shape when we moved in, and my expectations were low for having it cleaned. Well, Eco-Dry worked a small miracle. Our carpet looks awesome, there is no chemical odor, the guys who did the work were courteous and professional, there was no aggressive up-selling, just quality work at a very fair price.
We will use them whenever we need carpets cleaned and recommend them without reservation. A business this good deserves support from the community. I have two dogs and just knowing that, you can imagine what my carpet goes through. I have had my share of carpet cleaners in the past and I can tell you that the service and cleaning were mediocre at best. At last I have found a business that prides itself in giving exceptional service both to their customers and to the work they provide, and the best thing is that they are also an environmentally conscious company.
They were prompt, friendly, professional, and very committed to making sure the carpets were cleaned correctly. The rates are very reasonable and I am more than satisfied with my carpets, I am truly amazed at how clean and new it looks. I will definitely being using them again in the future and also recommending their services to others.
Not often does a company exceed my expectations, but Michael and Robert of ECODRY definitely did! -

We called Eco-Dry after a 3-week vacation - we came home to a cat that was rather upset at being checked on by virtual strangers (to her, at least) instead of us. Luckily, Eco-Dry was available, and they were able to come out the morning after we called. They arrived perfectly on time and were able to get to work immediately They first examined everything, and were able to determine how much cleaning needed to be done (smell test and UV light) - they were extremely reasonable, efficient, and very fair. Our carpets look brand new. and we wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone else.
Plus, they use natural and environmentally-friendly cleaning methods, so bonus! Go Eco-Dry! -

All I can say is awesome. I moved into a new place and because the landlord was fumigating for termites I wanted the carpet cleaned since I have a baby and a dog and don't like the idea of them crawling around on a gaseous carpet. Eco-Dry was able to come out super quickly on Thanksgiving weekend with very little notice! They were polite, friendly, and quick. The carpet looked great!
BEST PART: So a week and a half later.... my bf's dog comes over and barfs butternut squash on my newly cleaned carpet! She had gotten into the trash :( Mike from EcoDry came out same day and worked on the spot and was sooooo sweet about it and gave me a HELLUVA deal. Hire these guys now. Do it. Do it. -

These guys are as good as it gets. Just moved into a new apartment and worked out a deal with the landlord where I would be in charge of getting the carpets cleaned. Did a quick Yelp search and saw the screaming reviews for Eco-Dry. Set an appt for a couple days later and bam!
Not only were they 5 minutes early, they didn't give me one ounce of a disclaimer that they couldn't guarantee their results...and believe me...this carpet had disclaimer written all over it.
Long story short - in about an hour and a half, they removed ever spot, stain and other gross invasive dirt in the carpet. Quick, reliable, nice, and thorough...what more could you ask for? -

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Eco-Dry and am very pleased. We had a couple of dirt spots throughout the two living rooms that I wanted gone. When they got done, my carpets looked brand new again with no spots remaining. They are very reasonably priced, friendly, professional and quick. I would def recommend them to any friends or family!

About 5 years ago my roommates and I inherited an apartment that came pre-lined with stained carpets (yeaay!). And over the years we added a few ourselves! I guess these guys don't even flinch when they hear that! 5 years of ground in dirt and nasty and they got it all out in about 1/2 an hour! To top it off these guys were seriously two of the nicest people in San Diego.

Eco-Dry cleaned the carpets in my house in July. They were easy to schedule, on time, very professional, got right to work and did a fantastic job! I dont' know if they were on the high or low end of pricing, but their pricing seemed very reasonable to me.
Matter of fact, I liked their work so much that I had them come do our office also. Again, they were easy to schedule, completely accommodated a last minute schedule change and were right on time for the appt. These guys are the BEST at what they do and I would recommend them to ANYone! -

Chose them as the only all 5 star reviewed carpet cleaner in the UCSD area - and happy to write them a 5 star review after showing up on time, giving me a low ball estimate, doing the work in rapid time, scientifically discussing the pH balance of the solution and how it really affects you after the carpet drys, offering a cheaper solution because there were parts of the house that just weren't that dirty, discussing the joys of a good ginger beer (see my Galco's review), and generally just doing a fantastic job. Carpets look great. House smells fresh and clean. Cat is doing gymnastics routine on the floor. And the wife was happy when she arrived. These guys are good.

Yikes, I haven't reviewed anything in a loooong time! Oftentimes, we at Pure Cleaning Services are asked if we do carpet cleaning...alas, at this time we do not (our steam cleaner is for hard surfaces). So what do we do? Refer you to Eco-Dry! I've met Michael, one of the owners, and he's very fair, friendly and efficient. I've had the pleasure of using them personally, as well referring them to clients and hearing great things back. It's really nice to know that there's a company out there doing great, green work with services we do not cover at this time.

These guys are great. Not only do they perform fantastic work the customer service is excellent as well. I recently had the carpets in my home cleaned due to some unwanted pet droppings. They steam cleaned the affected area and told me to call back if the smell wasn't fully gone in a few days. The rest of the house looks great now but the affected area still smelled a few days later. They were happy to schedule another appointment and re clean the area free of charge. Talk about great service. I'll definitely be using eco-dry the next time i need my carpets or upholstery cleaned.

These guys are bomb. Very friendly dudes that offered to help move my things around to clean the carpets, sayyy whaatt!!??!! The carpets in my homestead were looking as filthy as a El Cajon hooker. So I saw their great reviews on yelp and was not disappointed. After complete failure from two previous carpet companies, I called them: ECO DRY... the carpet gods. I forgot how much it cost, because its been awhile sine they came, but the price was worth every penny. Call them, they will do an amazing job cleaning your carpets... lol... cleaning your carpets reminds me of other activities....

These guys were sooooo good. I have 2 little doggies that love to pee in the house. Eco-dry was able to get all the stains and odor out of the carpet. Best of all it was cheaper than what they quoted me over the phone. I formerly used Stanley steamer which i will never do again. For a good job at a fair price make sure you use eco-dry!
