I have a black 2003 honda civic. It has been through two sister before I.
I'm not saying that they didn't take care of it *cough cough* but my car was pretty dull and in need of some work when I first got it. Luckily my other sister who purchased this deal, gave me this out of pity. Haha, my car was bad okay!
Getting here was hard, only because I couldn't find it.
It's on sunset and bates! Across the street from garage pizza plaze on the corner.
Needles to say my car is gorgeous! I was so surprized. No one recognized my car! the men working were very nice and helpful. it's been a month or two and it still looks good and shiny. When my boyfriend drives my car he passes my car thinking it's a different car, HAHA! -

1/4/2012 Purchased a Yelp Deal 1 Check-in Here
I had called previously to make sure they were open on 12/24 only to be told that they are by appointment only, and it would take abour 3 or 4 hours to detail my car. What?!?! I had the Yelp deal that I had waited too long to use and now I had to make an appointment? So weird. Ok I'll admit in the beginning I was super sketched out. Located in a wooden garage inside a Lexus service center, I almost didn't know I was in the right place.
However, when I got there, the technician Hiram (sp?) was as nice as could. He took down my phone number and advised me to walk in the direction of Intelligentdia (two blocks away) and chill out in that area until he was finished; he would call 30 minutes prior to give me a heads up. The Yelp Deal didn't specify, but apparently there is a $25 additinal surchage on black cars (which is mentioned in the Groupon and Living Social Deal). However, he waived that charge for me since I showed him the voucher and there was no mention of it. Javier also did not tell me when I had called to make the appointment. Just be sure you are aware of this! He also offered me interior detailing for $40, but I passed on it.
My car took almost 3 hours but looks so shiny, I was amazed/. It looks like I had just gotten it from the dealership! Plus, Hiram had also vacuumed the interior for free. I'd definitely recommend this place, but to be honest $230 is a but steep for me to detail a car. Maybe once every couple of years? The voucher makes it totally worth it though.
Also did not receive the 1 gallon of waterless eco-friendly cleaning solution for your car or home though, so minus one star. -

Redeemed my Yelp deal bought last year for $40: Yelp Exclusive Car Wash & Detail Package. I had e-mailed Javier a few times in November/December to set up an appointment to redeem this, but I never got a response. Probably some crazy spam filters there, but still kind of annoying. Finally just called and eventually got through. Javier told me everything I would be able to get with my Yelp deal and let me know upfront that if I wanted interior work, I'd have to pay additional money--specifically, cash--and leave it there for longer. I like when things are laid out for me.
They texted me two hours before my appointment to confirm the time and location. When I got there, Hiram took very good care of me. He explained what they would do for my 2-door Honda Accord and what was entailed in the additional $40 for my interior--shampooing of carpets, free leather conditioning, cleaning surfaces. He said that the Yelp deal did not mention black cars normally have an additional $25 service charge (Living Social and Groupon apparently do), so they would honor the voucher and not charge me for it. Yay! Black car owners: don't forget this charge!
Three hours later, my car was shiny and clean and soft--both inside and out. Seriously, I could not stop petting my leather passenger seat. Thanks, Eco Detail. 4 stars for the good work, minus 1 for not getting the "1 gallon of waterless eco-friendly cleaning solution for your car or home" listed in the deal and for being so hard to get ahold of and find. -

I just bought a used car and I'm super excited. I called last Friday and begged them to squeeze me in before the weekend so I could cruise in my '79 Mercedes and show off my sweet ride. They were so accomodating. The guy who did my car worked until 8:30pm Friday night! When I got my Mercedes back, she was looking brand new. On the outside the paint was super shiny and the wheels were sparkling. On the inside, I thought I would have to buy new floor rugs but Eco Detail saved me the trouble since they got out all the stains. And the leather was looking great too. Eco Detail rocks!

2/6/2012 Purchased a Yelp Deal
I called and made an appointment at the West LA location. When I went in, I could not find the place at all as there was absolutely no signage or indication of the business. Finally after calling again, I found it in the back of the Bandera's parkjing lot - again with absolutly no sign. The random guy with a cell phone told me to leave my Lexus for 3 hours. Ummm...I don't think so. Not about to hand over the keys to a complete stramger at the back of a random parking lot. I declined and I am going to try and get my money back from the Yelp deal. I cannot believe how unprofessional the set up was, and I would be a fool to trust such a place with my car.

Bought a $45 groupon. Made an appointment a month ago. Went to the Barrington Location on Saturday. My first impression? Two workers standed in two parking spaces with limited tools and equipment. Not quite professional. A man( the person in charge?) offered me an interior detail for additional $40. Took that offer because I would like to have my car fully detailed like a new car. Got a call after 5.5 hours said my car was ready. I arrived there half hour later.
To be honest, I would give 4 stars for the exterior detail. It looks pretty good in the first sight. Touched my car. The waxing was well done. One star deducted because some small places were not cleaned detailed. But still good.
Here are the reason I give only overall 2 stars:
The sanitizing system cleaning was not done: I got into my car. The smell was not that good. I asked the black guy if they had done the job. He didn't know obviously. He asked another Mexican worker for like 1 minute. He got back to me and said it was done. Really? I was not gonna argue with him since I was in rush to leave.
Okay. How about the interior? 2 stars: It doesn't worth $40 because their job was not that "detail". They only did the vacuum and clean the dashbroad. The seat was not cleaned because I saw an old dirt is still on my rear passenger seat. The back trunk was not clean (even not vacuum) at all. I asked the person in charge and he asked another worker to clean it immediately for me. It took another 15 minutes.
Finally, he asked me for the additional $40 interior detail work. I only had a $50 bill. I gave him that $50 bill and waited for the $10 change. I actually prepared to give him some tips. But he took my $50 bill and never get back to me! Okay, That $10 dollar is your tips and I will never return to you.
I understand that for only $45, I shouldn't expect too much. I guess that was their "special" service for who use the coupon like me. The claimed $330 value of work? Forget about it.
I don't think they did the 1-yr paint sealant and the duct cleaning because I don't see any changes though. I feel like they only did the exterior detail. That is. And where is the 1 gallon waterless solution? That is a mystery.
I yelped a bit. I believe Javier probably have done very great job to his customers. But he is obviously not that success in the quality control. I would advise people to go another locations other than Barrington.

Had a groupon coupon for Eco Detail. Went to the location on barring ton avenue. It is in a parking lot. The original coupon said that this include 285 $ worth of service. In the parking lot a guy comes up says how much did you pay for the coupon I said 45 $ (well it doesn't matter what I paid!). Then he says for interior he would charge me 40 $. Then another guy shows up he says he will charge me 25 $ for the car and then 90 $ for the interior . I told him that the other guy said 40 $. I was at the point of leaving and get my refund back from group on. Finally he says I will do it at 40 $. I had mixed feeling about leaving the car to some folks in a parking lot and leaving the car keys. But I thought may be I will leave the car and come back in 4 hours ( yes he said 4 hours) I thought may be they do a good job.
Long story short not worth the money and the surprising thing was that when I came in the evening to pick the car, the guy gave me his own card in spanish and said he will come home for cars ! seems like an outsourced service to meComment from Javier V. of Eco Detail 1/30/2012

I redeemed a $45 online deal for an Elite Exterior Detail. Supposedly this was a "$320 value" and from the coupon, the "service lasts three hours". Right up front I wasn't expecting too much. I know these coupon deals are killers for small businesses and I figured based on the Yelp reviews that I would be getting a 4 star service from a typically 5 star business, I was fine with that.
I jumped through the scheduling hoops, again it's a coupon deal, I expected this. I used the Silver Lake location and showed up on time. So yeah, it's a one car shack in the corner of a small independent Lexus service parking lot, not a problem for me, but maybe a little down market for others. Two guys were there and when they found out I had the coupon deal, one of them tried to sell me the interior detail which I declined. Divorcing the interior from the exterior has been the trend across LA carwashes, a clever way of keeping prices down and doing less work. I already knew this as it was explicitly described on the coupon.
After walking around the car, one of the guys tells me it will be an hour to 90 minutes. Huh? Okay so I'm thinking the 3 hour service is one guy and with 2 guys it's half the time, fine. So I wander off to Sunset Junction and exactly an hour later, he calls and says it's done. Where's my extra hour or equivalent 2 man x 30 minutes? I decided that I would just suspend judgement until I see the car, maybe they're really fast and good. When I saw the car I just thought to myself, "tip the guys and move on, life lesson".
The lesson? Coupon deals are not really a deal for the customer, unless the business provides extra value. The business has to get the short end of the stick for it to be a deal. When the customer is disappointed they answer in kind on social media and everybody loses. Why was I disappointed? The car looked okay, they cleaned some areas that were grimy, but they missed some others. They left some cleaning compound on a number of spots. The truth is, I could've gone to my local carwash and paid $12-$15 and been just as happy. If I had paid $100 without a coupon deal I would have rated one star. If I had paid $320 I would've given one star and been really, really angry. Because it's a coupon deal, I'm not angry, I still gave them a good tip and I'm giving them an extra star because I'm sure the full price detail is better. I'll never find out because I also learned that the $12-$15 carwash is all I need. Thanks for the lesson Eco Detail.
UPDATE: Javier, the owner of Eco Detail, contacted me shortly after I posted my review. He obviously cares about his business and he made a sincere effort to improve on my experience. I appreciate the customer service and I'm sure the full price clientele reviews are a better gauge of the typical Eco Detail service. -

This place did not do a good job on my car. The detail said they would clay bar my car and buff and polish. They would also polish my windshield to get debris off it.. I could have done a better job myself at home. Looked like they just washed it and told me to pick it up. I was told it would take three hours and they called me in 1.5! Then he lied and said oh , I have three people working on it( he was alone in the shop). Don't by any means go here!

I got my car detailed at their location in Brentwood. I dropped it off and Thomas was the manager on site who greeted me. Very professional and thorough. I have an SUV and it was pretty dirty outside but more-so inside. It was Saturday and I was told it would be 2-2 1/2 hours. Dropped it off at 10:30am but by 2:30 I had not heard back so I drove to the lot and it was done, they had just forgotten to call or something. When I looked at the car it was beautiful. I don't think its looked that good since I bough it. One of the guys did a walk through of the work that was done and the inside was very clean too. All in all a great job inside and out and i recommend the quality of their work!

WOW. All I can say is - WOW. I tried out their new location at the Howard Hughes Center - my car is literally as good as if not better than when I drove it off the lot. And no chemically perfumed "I just got my car washed" smell - simply cleaner than clean.
Juan did an absolutely phenomenal job, no nook or cranny ignored, and Manny said that if they missed a spot, to bring the car back and they would clean it for free (really? a veritable "return" on a car wash?) Javier, the man who started the business, also gave me major TLC. They threw in some added shiny coat thingamabobs (I believe that's the official term) to encourage my return. The car paint felt softer than my bed linens. Can I sleep on my car, I wonder?
So, I'm an affectionate kind of gal, and the three of them raised the bar so high, that when it came time to leave, I had to tip well AND give them all hugs. Which I've never done to carwash/detailers in my life.
There's a first time for everything. I will definitely be going back (and not just for the hugs.) -

Had the yelp deal which, IMO, is the yelp deal of yelp deals.
Took my wife's four year old car in for the wash and two hours later came back and the car was gone!!!
I was handed the keys to a brand new car!
I told the guy that it had to be some mistake. That the car he said was now mine had to belong to some one else. He assured me that this car was, in fact, mine and that I was allowed to drive it away.
People - this car was freaking spotless. It looked as it did the day we drove it off the lot. They went from top to bottom, from boot to bonnet.
The staff were very friendly took really special care with the car.
HIGHLY recommended. -

Great experience at Eco Detail. Living social was the place that I got tipped off about them and I've been showing their work to everyone I know. The staff really cared about my car and the work they did was amazing for the price. This will be one that you wanna go to for the best detailing.

About a year ago I brought my car to the Silverlake location for a complete interior detailing. It's a testament to them that even though I kept forgetting to write this review, every time I'm at Trader Joe's and I drive by the Eco Detail location, I think to myself, "I have got to go write that review!" So here it is at last:
During last year's rainy season I left my car window down and inch overnight and wound up with a damp interior. And because it didn't stop raining for 2-3 weeks straight, it never got a chance to dry out well, and I ended up with a very mildewy smelling car. It was seriously an overpowering smell and I had no idea if it could be fixed. I took my car to Javier and he said he'd treat the interior with a "green" non-toxic enzyme cleaning solution that wouldn't just mask the odor, but would really help mitigate the mildew problem. When I picked up my car I was quite happy with the detailing job, and Javier told me that I was welcome to bring it back in a few days, after the shampoo'ed carpets had dried, and he would do a free 2nd application of the enzymes, just to be sure we had it covered. What great service! I took him up on it, and when I returned I also asked that they spend a little more time deep-cleaning the seams of my leather seats, because that was one detail that I felt had been overlooked. They did so without complaint, and I couldn't have been happier with the results. My car is mildew free and the level of service I received was great! -

I wanted to post an update and mention that Javier (owner) showed concern about my experience that he called me multiple times over the past few days following my review. He apologized for the initial review he read and he offered to give me a full refund along with a free detail for a future date.
He also explained to me what the detailing would do as far as providing protection for my paint. Although it may not have provided the extra shine I was hoping to get from the detail I can honestly say I feel the difference by touch on my car's paint surface. It is smoother than before.
After the conversation with Javier I felt that I had give an update to say that he really does value his customers and he has great business ethics. He strides to providing excellent customer service and he'll do whatever it takes to make sure you have a great experience or make up for an experience at Eco Detail. He willing offered me a full refund. There's a lot to be said about that! Although I declined the refund I did accept a free detail for a future use.

After years of no detailing on my car, I decided that it was time to treat my car for a little more than just a $12 car wash. I copped the Eco Detail offer that I saw on Living Social and decided to give it a try. I called the number listed on the offer in hopes of making an appointment asap. Javier returned my call within a day or so and I made my future appointment with great ease.
Eco Detail is located within the same lot as a gas station. After pulling into the station, I was quickly greeted by Javier. After walk-around of my car, I quickly handed over my keys to Javier and decided to add in the detail for my interior. I was given an estimate that it would take about 3.5 hours or so, so i walked on over to the Gelson's across the street to take advantage of the free wifi.
As promised, Javier called once my car was ready. I was happy that Javier wanted to make sure I was happy as a customer and that if there was anything that still didn't look "detailed", that he was more than willing to make the situation right. However, after getting another car detail job since then with another car detailer, my thoughts of expecting more with Eco Detail come to fruition. I think it's a fabulous idea to earth-friendly and save water when possible, but my car didn't seem as "detailed" as I thought it could be. I must say that he was able to get some dirt spots out of the interior, but the exterior wasn't as shiny as I had hoped nor did my car look much different than a regular car wash.

i called them 2 or 3 times to get a appointment and never got a response. i got a yelp coupon from last yr and about to expire so i gave them a call but nothing. ending up placing a chargeback to my credit card. heard they are good in detailing but not as good in getting back to customers.

Not to sound jaded but I have yet to be impressed by a detailing job. I would rate this place pretty good for detailing and great because it's waterless and Javier was so nice.
It took about 3.5 hours on a very hot day (no small feat, I know). My car had a high sheen when done and the interior was cleaner than it's been in a while. It was explained to me that the water stains would not come out with the buffing so I was prepared.
Maybe I expect too much because it's called "detailing" or maybe it's my eagle eyes but I want every inch to be cleaned. Unfortunately, there were areas (like just above the exhaust pipe and wheels) that stayed filthy. There was crud on the window that should have been an easy catch and I wiped away some dirt around the door seal with my bare fingers. So, just be aware that not everything is wiped down.
I had a Yelp deal so for $40 it was great but I wouldn't pay full price. Oh, the interior was a separate charge so for $70 total, it was decent.Comment from Javier V. of Eco Detail 7/14/2011

I purchased a $40 exterior detail as a Yelp deal. I was really excited, as most would be to get a $200 detail for $40. Well, I should have known better, but I trusted Yelp. You get what you pay for. The nice guy that did my car said they washed and clay barred. Interior smelled nice and windows were clean.

i was surprised and thrilled to get an appointment so soon after scoring a Living Social Deal (lo siento, yelp) for a full-bore exterior washless was and detailed detailing for El Prez, my 1985 Lincoln Continental, mi beloved padre's prized ride that he gave to me before he departed this world.
This very special car was especially grimy and the white faux convertable top was as hazy as the El Lay atmosphere. i expected a long wait for El Prez to have an audience with Javier, especially since at leas 250 people purchased the same deal i did.
Forty-eight hours later, the ultra fine Javier was working his expertise. He said he would call me in three hours when he was done, and in 2.5 hours that's exactly what he did. (i love it when that happens.)
So there was El Prez, its burgundy paint like a pool of cabernet. Javier brought it as close to showroom perfection as its age and my two years of driving it would allow.
El Prez was so magnificent to behold that the very cute gas station manager came over and joined us for a moment of admiration.
And not a drop of water was harmed in the making of this impressive automotive transformation.
The next time yelp offers a deal @ Eco Detailing, my 1968 Cutlass S Convertible and i are going to pay Javier a visit.Listed in: Excathedra

Overall great experience at Eco Detail. I spoke with Javier before going in and asked about getting a few small scratches buffed out as well and he gave me a very reasonable price. Much appreciated! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because, they forgot to get a small "spray" of throw up on the inside of the passenger door panel. (A buddy of mine couldn't hold his vomit the night before) This was the only reason that I scheduled an emergency auto detail! I guess it could have been overlooked since you have to open the door to see it, but they had the doors open for the last hour while washing it. No biggie, I still haven't gotten around to cleaning it! Other than that, the experience was excellent and I would still recommend it to my friends. Keep in mind that it takes a LONG time to get the work done, so get someone to pick you up.

Did the yelp deal and Javier did a great job. They offered to do the mini detail on the interior for $40 bucks, since I had a 2 seater convertible, Javier was ok with knocking it down to $20 bucks at my request.
All in all they did an amazing job, car is super clean and smooth, and you can definitely tell it's been clay barred. I'm glad I bought two yelp deals (one for the girlfriend) so we'll be going back there again.
One note is that I would make sure you give them enough time to detail the car, you don't want to rush them which I felt I did when I showed up to pick up the car. So be late instead of early when you go to pick it up, at least 30-45 mins late. -

I'm sure this place is great for a detailed wash, but I would never know because they never gave me an appointment before my groupon expired. If they really are full with appointments, as they claim, they should have expected more customers and allotted more appointment slots. Instead, I was kindly offered an appointment after the expiration date and they would give me $30 off their other services. So instead of telling me what other services they provided, he says "are you in front of the Internet, look it up, our website is..." Yea... Hmm $30 groupon for 1 detailed car wash in exchange for $30 off a ~$100 eco service wash. Are you kidding me?
I also spent 10 minutes on the phone because the guy on the other line was busy giving orders to his employees instead of talking on the phone. A simple "please hold for a few minutes" would have been more polite. I repeated myself several times and not because we had bad phone connection, he was not paying attention and provided bad customer service.
I contacted groupon and explained how they wouldn't give me an appointment before the expiration date, only after, even though I had called 1 month in advance. I called back ecodetail to cancel my appointment. Surprise surprise they said I never made an appointment and to call them back to reschedule. Don't think so!
Thankfully, Groupon gave me back credit for the amount I purchased the car wash. I thought it would be cool to get my car washed using eco friendly products but with this kind of service, never again. Let me first say that I have been to this car wash before and I thought the service was good. You are definitely paying more then other places though.
About the yelp deal that currently is going on. The deal is not for an external and internal carwash as the terms appear to show. This is the deal which was emailed to me by the http://yelp.com staff member gail after they removed my initial post.
"I would like to quickly point out that this deal includes an Elite Detail exterior Wash with a maximum value of $140, the Sanitization of Air Ducts valued at $50, and 1 Gallon of take home Waterless Eco Cleaning Solution valued at $40, for a total value of $230."
Hopefully that clarifies the deal. And in all honesty, I'm not too happy with yelp removing my review because it effected the way they make money. But I updated my review to include my experience at this carwash, which was the reason I clicked on the advertisement for this deal. -

Just got back from getting my car detailed at the one located in silverlake. I have to say, I am pretty impressed. Of course, I am also curious on how they were able to accomplish such cleanliness without any water, but I am not going to complain. Hopefully, my paint will be just as healthy and last just as long as it would have been if I had taken my car to a conventional detail shop. The results were good and it was eco friendly . The guy that was there was extremely friendly.
The only negative issue I have with the place is their time management. They told me a specific time to come back and when I did, I found out that additional time was needed. Two hours after my first reroute back (I went to eat and study nearby), he was finally finished. I got there at around 12:30 and left at 3:30pm. Fortunately there was no traffic back or this review may have lost one star lol.
I went with the $40 yelp deal and it was a terrific deal. Normally it would've cost almost $200 with the elite wash and air duct service. I would love to come back often, but with that price, I may have to do this once annually. -

Long time Yelp lurker here. I've never been compelled to write a review, but Eco Detail has changed all that!
I think it goes without saying that the quality of their work is excellent. I used the Living Social deal to get an exterior detail, and also got the discounted interior detail. The only time my car has looked better was when I drove it off the lot! And to know that they can get those results using environmentally friendly products is a huge bonus.
There was a minor mishap regarding my center console (I felt bad for Hiram, who was so apologetic when he told me about it. Hey, accidents happen, right?). Javier without hesitation offered to reimburse me for any costs that I will incur getting things fixed. That's the mark of an honest businessman. He's definitely gained a loyal customer. -

UPDATE: I just got a call from Javier who read my review and was extremely apologetic. Wow. I'm really really impressed. Not only that, but he offered me a free detail to apologize for what happened.
He explained that the confusion over the expiration date was that the Groupon deal DOES expire at the end of the month and I hadn't specified that I had a Yelp deal.
I'm really impressed with his initiative and follow up.
Great job Eco Detail -- I went from thinking really poorly of you to being really really impressed with your customer service.

NOTE: My rating refers only to the customer service at this place. It was so bad that I decided not to give them my business.
In early January, I snapped up a Yelp deal for a detail at this place for $40. After explaining to them this experience, they gave me a refund (so 5 stars for yelp!) The day I bought my deal, I emailed Eco Detail and never heard back. I also called them and left a message with my name and number.
I tried one more time and finally got through. The man on the other line wasextremely rude and informed me, after I told him that I was redeeming a coupon, that "they didn't do Groupon deals on Sundays." Nowhere in the deal was this stated. Further, he told me that they wouldn't vacuum the inside of my car. Tell me *one place* that details a car and doesn't vacuum it. Of course, he offered to do that at a discount "for another $40." No thanks.
After informing them that as I have a job, I can't get the service during the week, he told me the only availability was 9:30 am on March 12th (nearly a month from today.) He added "And, we'll do you a favor and redeem the coupon despite it expiring at the end of February." It blatantly says on the offer "Promotional Value Expires 1/19/2012." When I told him that AND told him that I had tried calling and emailing earlier in the month, he replied "This is the first time I'm hearing your name, sweetie." (He called my sweetie at least five times during the call.)
Maybe this place does a great job, but not for customers with coupons. This guy was dismissive and rude. -

Javier... great service... good job... just as delivered. What do I drive? Does that matter? What matters is that my car has Japanese black paint. And not the Lexus/Acura/Infiniti paint... so it's pretty awful paint. Anyhow, they made my car look great!!! Thanks!!!!!

WOW!!!
I went to their other location with my $40 yelp deal before (the one on Wilshire blvd) and was really impressed with the result! Javier and his guys did AMAZING job getting rid of the stink in our trunk (I believe that had been a skunk) and overall cleaning of a very, very, VERY dirty car. So when someone hit us on a parking lot and left those ugly paint scratches I decided to check out the Silver Lake location.
Paint correction service is not a cheap thing at all, but believe me it is WELL WORTH the money! They buffed out our scratches like they'd never even been there!!!
I am definitely coming back for any type of cleaning service, because I love my car!!!

They really have a great attention to detail
I took an old dirty car that i bought a while ago there. They managed to clean the peeling headliner so well that i'm considering just gluing it back instead of replacing :)
Tire rims are shinning. Glass is so clean that now the small stone chips on it bothers me. Some musty smell that i noticed in the trunk is completely gone. they even removed the tiny dealer sticker bits that i was too lazy to completely pry off the back of the windshield.
Only thing you should keep in mind for older cars is the waxing. I think they aim for the eco-correct products. which i'm sure fine for newer cars (mine is shinning alright). But old cars usually are covered by small circular scratches due to the ages of cleaning and buffing, and with the wax fluid they use those marks are not masked, but show a little more because of the shine when under the sun. So keep in mind if you have a very old car with bad paint coating.
update: forgot to mention, it was an extra $40 over the yelp deal's $40 to have the interior cleaned as well.2 Previous Reviews: Show all »

I purchased A Groupon for Eco Detail and set up an appointment. After some miscommunication on time and date with the business owner, it looked like I was not going to be able to redeem my certificate. I spoke with him on the phone and he agreed to redeem my Groupon even though he had already lost business on the mishap. It is a relief to see a business owner go out of his way to help out a new customer. Thanks Eco Detail!

Yay!!
Awesome service. I've had a bummer month being laid up with bronchitis and sinusitis... so bed-ridden Tizzle missed the expiration date on her Groupon for Eco Detail.
I called up asked if it would still be honored and Javier was really cool, heard me out and made an exception! I'm stoked!
Seriously made my day 1000 times better. -

These guys need another 5-star review like I need another bacon-wrapped hot dog (which is to say, very much.)
Look - I'd read all of the glowing reviews, and for awhile my cheapskate sensibilities were a bit wary of the $35 car wash (Extended Green Wash), which is about $25 more than I used to pay at my old hand wash spot. But it had been months since I last washed my car, and I figured it wouldn't hurt to baby her a little bit.
The truth is, for $35, it came out looking like I'd paid the $149 that I did pay once at the old place for the full detail. I can't even imagine what my baby car would look like if I went for Eco Detail's full detail.
My wheels, long since dirtied by brake dust and other grime, are now spotless.
Various white patchy spots on my dark interior (blame the cakey sunscreen I wear) are gone.
The inside of the car no longer smells like whatever amalgamation of every fast food trip I've ever taken.
Best yet? I had a ding and a scratch from some troglodyte opening their door into mine, and I haven't had the time to get it fixed yet, but I had tried to buff out the scratch myself. The scratch is now GONE thanks to Eco Detail, and it makes the little ding so much less noticeable as a result. It's glorious.
I'd recommend every person who needs to give their car a little TLC get their katookuses over to Eco Detail. You'll never get a better wash than from these guys.
