3 reviews for ECO Cartridge Store
Refilled cartridges? I was skeptical, but it turns out you get MORE ink at a fraction of the cost. And these guys stand behind their product.
Contrary to Doug K's review, Eco Cartridge doesn't send their cartridges out but rather uses a skilled staff who pre-fill and test cartridges ahead of time. It's part science and part art. In the rare event that they don't have a cartridge available, they can generally refill it on the spot.
By the way, certain manufacturers intentionally don't fill some cartridges to capacity. Eco Cartridge Store refills are properly filled and work like brand new.
PROS: Low prices, great service, sells Clearwire wireless internet
CONS: Potential for me to accidentally run into Pizza Bob.
Needed some ink for my Canon Pixma printer and these guys had it in stock.
In and out in a few minutes and the old cartridge will be refilled and resold. I was kind of expecting the person to take my cartridge and refill it on the spot, but they must send them out somewhere to do it. I would recommend this service.
This is a small store in one of the 2 Totem Lake West strip malls next to Dominos Pizza. My first venture in there was for refills for an old HP deskjet. The cartridges work just like new, at a fraction of the cost. The owner and one person staff are always friendly and attentive.
My next trip was for a Laser Toner cartridge. They don't refill them there but they sell re manufactured cartridges. The first one I got didn't live up to my expectations for length of use and they worked with me trying several different sources until we found one brand that met the manufacturers recommended life. The last ones I got from them are as good as new ones and cost me less than I can buy new for at wholesale (I resell computer stuff too).
They will also take your old laser and ink jet cartridges for recycling. They can refill your ink jet cartridge while you wait and they offer a 30 money back guarantee if you return your cartridge with their receipt.
They have received King County's "Best Workplace Recycling" award for 2007. They, also, offer a school recycling program for an environmentally friendly fund raiser.
What you waiting for? Hurry on over and save some money on your next laser or ink jet cartridge and help the environment!
