ecigExpress Bellingham

Living in southern California there are vape shops on every corner. When I traveled to Bellingham to visit my dad, I dropped my brand new UWell mod in a toilet and needed to replace it fast. We googled ecig shops in the area and found two. This landed me at ecigExpress in Bellingham. They saved me!!! Not only was the gal that helped me really nice, she turned me on to the Tesla WYE 85W. It was incredibly affordable and comparable to my UWell for half the price. Bonus... it's turquoise. :) I did not happen to notice their selection of e-liquid but they had plenty of mods and fantastic customer service. This will be my go to shop when I visit Bellingham.

I've purchased from the store and online and think they have good pricing.

The staff is friendly and very knowledgable, getting down into the details of vaping and answering any question that you have for them.

The layout of the store is clean, organized and you can see all of the products easily.

Quality equipment and competent staff. Juice selection is thin, but stock is stock, and the staff knows their stock. Chances are, the person at the counter is going to be able to help you find a flavor you'll like. Overall, a solid vape shop.

Stopped in yesterday and I was very impressed. The displays were uncluttered and easy to see what they had to offer. The guys behind the counter were freindly and very knowledgeable of the products. What really set them apart was when I started looking at juices. The list of offering was overwhelming. So the staff listened to what I liked and created a sampling for me to try. All I can say is wow. This store will be one that I will frequent regularly and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a vapor shop. Whether your a novice or a hobbyist exit express has you covered.

So I will start off with saying I do not buy my juice here. I only use one brand (for the last three years) and they don't carry it. But, I will say, this is my favorite place to buy my batteries, tanks, and coils. I always get treated well, except this last time I was in. There is ONE person there that made this a 4 star review, instead of 5. So, a couple times I have been in, they have been out of my coils. Totally understandable, and it was never really a big issue, until this last time. I called 4 times in one hour to see if they had the coils back in. 4 times. One hour. Nobody answered. I was running late to work (which is in Lynwood) but also had no more coils and was going to be gone for the next two days. There was no way I was going without my nicotine. I was a smoker for 10 years, and my vape is the only thing keeping me from buying a pack of smokes. I needed the coils, so even though they didn't answer, I drove to town and went into the store on my way down to Lynwood. Behind the counter is a girl I had never seen before. The other girls and guys have always been so nice and easy to work with. (A little back-info. When the point system changed, it kind of screwed me out of some deals I was planning on getting. Still, I never felt angry or was bitchy to them, because it is not like it was their fault). BUT THIS BITCH. This bitch. So she had her hair in a messy bun type style, I think I remember glasses, and she had a little more curvy frame. I asked to get the coils, when she then told me they were out of stock. I said "It would have been nice to know that before stopping in here. I called 4 times before coming in and nobody answered". She then tells me "Well, I was with customers". She said it in the most snotty little tone. At that point I got pretty irritated with her mood she was throwing at me. I said, "Even if you are with a customer, if you are getting multiple phone calls, you tell your customer to hold on for just a second while you answer the phone. You don't just let it ring and ring and ring." She then smiled at me and I can't totally remember what she said, but it was something like "well I was busy". I DON'T CARE. Where I work, if we accidentally miss a call, when it rings the next time, we MAKE SURE to answer it. That is just common sense, and good work ethic. BTW, when I walked in there was nobody in the store. I really doubt it was even that busy when I called. She was probably chatting with friends, or trying to impress a cute guy. Whatever. It pissed me off. So. Overall, I like this place and its products and prices. BUT THAT ONE GIRL, that one girl is taking that one star from this review. She was young and a brat, so I hope for the stores sake, she doesn't work there long.

Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, product is much better than some competitor stores. All around better experience!

I knew very little and wanted to try the E-cig experience. The customer service was outstanding and the prices on some items are as good as online others are worth paying a little more than shopping around due to the experience and service of the staff. I was able to try many different models before I bought mine. I am now doing my own rebuilds due to E-cig and the staff. They are a great resource. Really first class excellent customer service.
