This site contains reviews of a potential boss.  I can only give this website 3 stars so far, because there are not many entries yet.  However, I think the premise behind this site is a great idea.  If I would have known about what my current boss is like, I would have known to not take this job! I think the trick is to get the word out there that this site exists, so that as people move from job to job, they can add a review to help the next person who may move in.  To read a report is $3.99, however, to publish a report on your boss, which is only 6 questions, it's free! Again, once this site gets more developed, and if someone can pull up a potential boss with for example 5 to 10 reports instead of 1, I think it could be a valuable tool.  Check it out people...from someone who definitely drew the short straw in the boss department, I want to help out others from getting in the same situation!
