This place provided so much fun for me when i was a child. Whoever had the grand idea of building a fake mountain with a fake waterfall in the middle of Clermont County: I salute you.

Eastgate Adventures was the place to be as a kid, great mini-golf and a great go-kart course, my friends and I frequented here often. It's still fun as an adult even now. The course is extremely long, in a good way that makes you feel like you get your money's worth and the price is reasonable.

Unfortunately, as a very large adult I am not even kind of able to fit into the go-karts nowadays. That's okay, Eastgate Adventures is still great.

Just off Eastgate Blvd., sits an estate of adolescent adventure. With a monster-sized miniature golf course, go-cart track, and arcade, this seasonal family-fun center is an easy way to please the kiddies (and the kids-at-heart).

As soon as you get off the Batavia/ SR 32 exit from 275, you can see the enormous waterfall, which serves as the centerpiece to the mini-golf course. It's so rare to get this caliber of mini-golf without having to travel to the beach or Gatlinburg. To play, adults pay $7, while kids 12 and younger are only $5.

To drive on the go-kart track, drivers must be 56 inches tall, but passengers as young as three can ride along free of charge. The ride lasts 4 minutes and costs $5.25. If you're planning to make an afternoon at Eastgate Adventures, I recommend the Adventure Package. For $12, you'll get a round of mini-golf, a go-kart ride, 4 arcade tokens, and a medium-sized drink. Eastgate Adventures also caters to large groups as well, with birthday packages and group discounts.

Open through early spring to early fall, call ahead if you're worried your visit might fall during the off-season.
