I had a very useful experience at this perticular EMS. During one of their famous 20% off sales, I went in wanting to buy crampons, an ice axe and other winter items. I was waited on by several different employees who were quick, curteous and helpful. When a salesgirl didn't know the answer to my technical question, she got the manager who helped me a great deal with my equipment selection. I was quite pleased with the experience.
The store itself is large, well stocked and organized.
