I really like this animal hospital. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This year I had to have one of my cats put to sleep, and the vet and tech were very sensitive and caring. She was put down with dignity, which I greatly appreciated. It didn't feel cold or procedural and she was handled very gently. A few days later I received a condolence card in the mail, which I thought was a nice follow-up and made me feel as if my cat mattered.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I had one very bad experience in the past where I felt I wasn't treated fairly, but I haven't seen that vet there in quite some time, so perhaps he has moved on.

The office is very clean and roomy, and there is parking in the lot right out front. When you go in for your appointment, your pet's name is written on a blackboard welcoming them. They have separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. They also have a web portal so you can schedule appointments and closely follow the health of your animals.

Highly recommended.
