Pack your bags and get up here now, seriously, I'm not joking.  This place is a gem!  We had such a great time.  We had the place to ourselves over the weekend and enjoyed the yummy, yummy breakfasts, ambiance and visiting with the hosts.  The prices can't be beat.  Check the specials on their website - it's really unbelievable.

We had the Butch and Sundance room and everything was clean and in working order.  The BnB is right on the main road of BB but the road noise didn't really bother us.  They did have a white noise thingamajig to plug in if you needed it but we never used it.  They have lots of board games to enjoy as well as books.

The breakfasts were so good!!  Our Saturday bfast included fruit, yogurt and carrot cake muffins as well as an omelet and taters and it was all perfectly done.  Sunday's was fruit, yogurt and monkey bread followed by pumpkin pancakes and snausages.  The hosts, Mark and Vicki, were a delight to talk to!  They are genuinely nice people and really are sweet.

My poor bf was coming down with a gnarly cold that made it hard for him to taste everything so he wasn't able to fully enjoy our breakfasts  - hey, a reason to come back!

If you are looking for an inexpensive getaway - this is the place.  We can't wait to visit again!

My husband and I stayed at Eagle's Nest for two nights last year on a visit to Big Bear Lake. Mark and Vicki were great hosts - very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. My husband and I stayed in the Butch and Sundance room, which was cozy and comfortable, with an old-fashioned clawfoot tub and a nice loveseat. There are also cottage suites. Breakfasts were great and they were very accomodating about our dietary preferences (my husband doesn't eat pork). I especially enjoyed the morning tray - they bring coffee, tea, or hot chocolate to your room half an hour before breakfast is served. It was a lovely way to wake up. Our only complaint was that it was a little closer to the road than we would have liked, so we could hear some of the louder vehicles go by outside, which destroyed the rustic effect a bit. Overall, though, it was a great experience and I would certainly go back.

Loved it!  The price was reasonable due to the fact the second night half off. Mark and Vicki were so very nice and make an awesome breakfast! We stayed at Cat Ba low and it was very cute... Loved the fact they had a fridge full of soda and snacks in the cabin. The shower had great water pressure, which is very important to me! Overall great experience!

pretty good b+b. very close to snow summit. (at the end of the block and a couple of houses over). great for an in town ski weekend. i want to give it four stars, but i hesitate mostly because i enjoyed staying a little outside of town better. its a great place if you don't want to mess with the snow and traffic for a ski weekend. they also were a little chincy on the heat in the main cabin. they do have lots of blankets to cuddle with, but a fireplace with no kindling or matches nearby , cuddling with my brother in a 50 degree room didn't seem like a great plan
