Pros:

1.  Decent coffee, dirt cheap
2.  Located next to the light rail & a mere 1.5 blocks from my apartment
3.  Sunday morning you can walk there in your pajamas and look overdressed.
4.  You can order anything on the menu and feel equally guilty - nothing is nutritious so it's a bad decision made simple!

Cons:

1. The manager who is always behind the register when I go there.  He is a bit rude and very confusing.   I'm from NJ and I'm still intimidated when he takes my order..

2.  The location makes it a good place during the daylight hours, but you will meet some interesting characters if you go at the wrong times.    
(Could be a pro -)
