I love Jim Halpert!!!

Ps- Dwight sucks for killing Sprinkles, she totally could have had a play date with Muffin and Latte(my kittens)!!!

On another note, I must end my review here because I have a long day of phone-banking to get donations for my new, personal awareness project on over priced cupcakes and what we can do about them. Remember..."for the cure."

A Dunder Mifflin employee, Ryan, called me about a year, maybe a year and a half ago, and proceeded to try and renew my contract with this company.  We'd been buying paper from Michael Scott at the Scranton, PA branch for years and at some point our account was transferred over to Dwight Schrute while both men can be a tad... irksome, they're both fairly reliable and professional when you get down to brass tacks.  I really cannot imagine working with them each and every day for the rest of my life but they're somewhat easy to deal with and even entertaining in small doses.

Ryan, however, was neither reliable nor professional.  While seeming indifferent or uninterested in my needs, he seemed greatly concerned about the needs of his co-workers.  Every so often I could hear a woman in the background cozying up to the phone and sweet-whining, "Ryyyyyyyyyaaaaaaaan.  Where are we going to dinner tonight?  Ryyyyyyyyaaaaaaaan, how are you feeling my little snuggle-buggle?"  Call me old fashioned but hat's not the demeanor of a professional sellsperson!   He certainly seemed more interested in making a connection with this "Kelly" than he did with our company!

The real kicker is that just a week or two later we got our last shipment in from Dunder Mifflin - 24-pound cream letter stock with a foul fowl watermark!  I'm not exactly sure what happened there but THAT was the LAST STRAW!  Quality at Dunder Mifflin has certainly declined in recent years due, I think, to the distraction of employees.  They probably spend too much time on the internet while at work.

Whatever you do, make sure you do not work with Dwight Shrute. I needed to order some reams of  paper, and as a side joke, I referred to getting reamed on prices. He proceeded to lecture me on the finer points of reams versus reaming. Um, just gimme the paper, dude.

They get five stars however, for the Rabies Run.

"Pathetic."
"Is it?"

customer satisfaction is all that matters for the employees at dunder mifflin, well and having fun at the office!

the entire staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and always seem to make me laugh when i need a good cheer up. i don't know who i look forward to talking to more when i do business with them. the nerdy ways of dwight, the sarcasm of jim, the inappropriate yet hilarious jokes from kevin or the very sexy sounding sweetness of the receptionist pam.

forget about staples, office depot and all the other big guys out there because small means more time and care for me, the customer.
