Dulces Bakery

Love this little bakery, we've been here a couple times now and have tried cupcakes, cake pop, cinnamon coffee cake and their doughnuts. Everything we've had is delicious and the owner is very sweet! We will be back for sure!

Yuk, how can you wreck a cinnamon roll? Tasted like yeast, and was dry and bland. I took two bites then threw it away.

Dulce's bakery saved me from buying a yucky krogers cake!! I went all around Dublin and Powell to find my stepdaughter a white cake for her 18th birthday! All she wanted was a simple white cake, it's her favorite! I went to at least 5 different places. My bakery that I always go to is closed on Mondays. So I went on a search. Every other bakery said they didn't have any available or only had cupcakes for different flavors. I'm sure my stepdaughter would have loved the cupcakes. But she really wanted her favorite and I don't eat desserts (no sweet tooth) so trying to decide on a dozen different flavors in cupcakes was NOT going to happen! I already got band by my kids and hubby from buying Easter and Halloween candies for the house! Lol I apparently don't know good sweet flavors.
Anyways...so I was starting to get short on time. And I was getting more and more annoyed that NO BAKERIES in the area had any cakes available to purchase! Then...while stuck in horrible traffic I made a unexpected turn and saw a sign that said "DULCE'S BARKEY". I figured i should just try this one last place before giving up! When I walked in I immediately looked around to see if there were any pre-baked cakes available. I saw two. When I was greeted the first thing I said was 'Do you have any smaller cakes available or just these 2 here?' Anita (owner) said 'Oh those are just displays' then I sighed and asked 'why doesn't anyone in the area have any pre-baked cakes?! All I need is a small white cake' she replied...and we talked for a bit. Then she asked 'how soon did you need it?' I said 'today, in the next couple of hours.' She then said 'I can bake you one if you give me enough time so it can bake and cool' OMG!! My eyes lite up. I couldn't believe none of the other bakeries even offered to make me one. She took my order and said it will be ready at my pick up time. I left with a smile on my face. Anita and her staff were so friendly and soooo helpful! I don't eat cake. But I couldn't wait to try it! I finally picked it up and it was so cute and perfect! When we finally had the cake. My stepdaughter said "Mmmmhmmm....this cake taste just like my grandmas!" That is a VERY big compliment. Her grandma makes amazing cakes from scratch!
I would and will recommend Dulce's Bakery to all my friends and family! They are the sweetest and make very delicious cakes!
Oh, and if you check in on yelp you will receive a 25% off your purchase! Can't beat that. But you really don't need it. They already have very fair prices.

My friend ALison took me there for a cinnamon roll. We go there and got one fresh from the oven! Delicious!! I will be back !

Amazing Bakery. I recommend to Any one who likes sweets. Owned by super nice lady! They make amazing things. Cake is delish and all made in the shop.
