My VW Rabbit needed a full replacement of a motor and although the damage was beyond the value of the vehicle, Tyler was truly honest with me on how to resolve the matter. It's the honesty and advise that will bring me back to Dubsquared. They took the time to make my experience a pleasure. Calls, text, emails kept me a satisfied customer. Even after my situation was completed, I received a call from Brandon with a followup to check if there was anything else I needed.

My O5 GTI now has 310,000 miles on it! I still love driving it every single day. And thanks to my friends at Dubsquared it is still running fabulously! DFW is lucky to have some great VW shops but the people I trust to work on mine are at Dubsquared in Arlington. VW/Audi gurus at a decent price. I recommend them completely and wholeheartedly!

Took my Passat in to these guys for te first time and the service was absolutely phenomenal. They even washed car and repaired my side panel on my passenger door for no charge at all. They took pictures of everything that they found. To top it off instead of charging me for an expensive EGR repair they went the extra mile and contacted local dealerships to find out i could get the repair done for free! Dubsquare are my go to from here on out!

Phenomenal service. Took my mk5 gti to get stage 1 and they gave me a super good price and got it done in like 30 min. You can def tell the people that work there care about you, your car, and their work. 10/10

I can't say enough good things about this place. Absolutely stand up operation with incredible customer service, amazing car repair you can trust, and they genuinely want to help their customers. I have been an Audi owner for 20+ years and they are by far the best for dealing with Audis - they explain everything to you and help you get the best deal possible. Don't go anywhere else!

I am so hesitant to bring my car to someone, being a female and the typical stuff you hear that shops take advantage of women's ignorance, and because I'm in love with my car and not just anyone can touch her, haha.

I have an aftermarket 2014 VW GTI and Tyler at Dubsquared has taken such good care of my baby and any work I throw at him! The pricing is more than fair, the work is always done on time, the explanations and suggestions are thorough. I couldn't ask for more, really.

I did a lot of research, because I care about my cars. I recently bought a VW Tiguan, and it seemed like a good deal. A few weeks later, kaput! I had just left home to run errands, and it started running really rough. I quickly pulled over near the closest parking lot. Opened the hood to see if it was anything obvious, nothing. It started right back up, but continued idling rough, so I went back home. I googled for simple answers, went back to the car to start her up, crank, but wouldn't no start. Uh oh! After reading reviews I decided to pursue this shop.

I emailed them a few times, and Philip was quick to reply. Finally I had towed on a flat bed and left it in their hands. Turns out it was the dreaded timing chain slip + bent valves = kaput. Apparently a growing problem on my 2.0 TSI. They worked with my extended warranty, and got it up in running. Now it's like a brand new car. I had a few questions and concerns a couple weeks later. So I stopped by the shop, Tyler & Philip were honest and able to address my concerns.

Car is still running great! I have these guys to thank for a great job, and uncharacteristically exceptional customer service. This is probably the best service I've ever had from a car shop. Shops I've dealt with in the past might be arrogant, and talk to you like you don't belong. Not these guys. They treat everyone like old friends and translate shop talk to common language.

Set up an appointment, got in and got everything taken care of within a great timeframe. This shop always takes care of my VW and they check and double check it like it's their own car. If you want a personalized experience where you're not just another customer, this is the place to go. Plus, they have cool stickers!

I've owed a mix of minimally modified to extremely modified VWs and Audis over the last 15 years, and have done most of my own work (in some part due to not having a shop that I trust with my vehicles). I brought my heavily modified VW Golf R for a laundry list of issues and maintenance items. Tyler investigated the items, came up with a thorough plan and methodically executed. I was even provided with photos of the work direct to my email.

The car drives better than it has ever driven during my whole ownership of the vehicle, and I could not be happier! I'd trust Tyler and the Dubsquared team with any VW or Audi. Really impressed!
