Nice secluded beach.
We've been here twice now and it is always empty. At the end of the beach there's a little hiking area where you could climb up on rocks and walk around. There's a golf course on the top of the climb.
Views are great here but not an area to play in the water or lay out. Pretty windy here and the water is pretty choppy.

Voted "America's Best Beach" in 2006, this beach offers:
1. lifeguard on duty
2. bathrooms
3. shaded areas
4. tables to eat at
5. warm Hawaiian waters
If you are planning a trip to Maui, make sure to check this beach out! Minus one star because the shore break can be strong!
Loved Fleming Beach: clean, calm, beautiful, serene...heaven...etc.
And it rained while we were there.

Dear D.T. Fleming Beach Park Lifeguards,
Thank you for allowing my two sons and I enjoy the beach you guard so well today. For once, we weren't hasslin' over a dumb a** parkin' space. PLUS: not only was my thirteen year old son ecstatic about the surf for boardin', but my five year old son could not get enough of your sand and driftwood to play with. That driftwood can build some seriously big stuff! My lil' goofball built me a full-sized ocean front cottage on the beach w/lanai with ohana in about an hour!
Oh, and you boys are all cuter then the cutest of buttons which meant plenty of sweet eye candy for this tired mom. Us gals gotta' dream too, ya' know?
