Drycleaning Station

This place used to be my regular dry cleaning spot. I used to love the always smiling Lady behind the desk, they are so conveniently placed, fast and cheap. This all sounds like the perfect combination! But not really..

My problem is quality of their service.. I used to give them my cashmere jumpers to clean, but increasingly I started getting rushes all over my arms. Firstly I didn't realise it was caused by dry clean, but then I started with hand washing and although, it might ruin the jumpers eventually, my skin is worth it. Of course, my rushes are gone all the sudden!

Another, more alarming and final experience happened just recently. I gave them my wool, luxurious, absolutely favourite and expensive V&A scarf with beautiful classic pattern to clean. When I opened the package at home, I couldn't believe what I saw! The structure went all funny, kind of scrunchy and the pattern looks washed out!!! Now it looks like when it's upside down..
Because they were closed for that day, I went in straight the very next day. There was this guy from middle east and big attitude. I am sure he had to be the manager, saying that he is not the manager, not saying what his role in the business is, his name and avoiding all my direct questions. He talked a lot but not saying nothing, circling around. He kept saying to come the next day that the usual lady will help me. Almost giggling at my complaint.
The next day I went back again, the Lady was there and when I told her about my problem, I could not believe the transformation! She became really offensive, passive aggressive and super unhelpful. She said I can take them to the court if I wish. I got no: 'I am sorry', no voucher, no refund - nothing at all! Just arrogance and bad attitude.

These people lost me forever and if anyone wants to go for dry clean, please beware! Things can go terribly wrong at this address!

Really good service, efficient and reasonable price. I moved office recently and I miss this shop - I realise now how good they were.
