Got great service from Daniel and his crew when I went in today. Didn't have to ask them to check my fluid or tires or anything. They were on top of it.

Surprised at the reviews! I've always loved this car wash. First off, my kids love the actual drive through part. It's lined with cute moneys haha! It does a nice job too! I love getting an express detail here too. Reasonable price, quick service! I've always had a really great experience!

if you want a car wash, be prepared to be bombarded with every possible upgrade and offer by a pushy sales person. Overpriced for a mediocre automated car wash.
I had also previously had my oil changed here and was sold synthetic for my hemi. 200 miles later my engine is ticking and I'm pretty sure they put in regular even though they charged me for synthetic.

This place has false advertising!!!! I went in to get an oil change for $30 as advertised. Before they started they want $96 dollars.

Easy and quick to get an oil change, and the price was decent for what i needed. they also gave me a list of recommendations for my specific vehicle & it's amount of miles, which i appreciated. super nice to just drive in and i was done in less than 10 minutes. i was able to do it on my lunch break :)

Everyone was great during the change, but they forgot to put the oil drain plug back. My car ran without oil until my check engine light went on. When I took it into the mechanic, they explained what happened and that I needed a new engine. Their manager has been very helpful, but they are now ghosting me on what can be done since I especially need a new car due to their mistake.

Eli the manager was very consistent, he made me aware of other services that are available for my vehicle, along with prices. Was quick and thorough and didn't have me second guessing what was being done under my car. Ask for Eli!

Long story short, the engine of my car is shot and I'm stuck 500 miles away from home because of Drive and Shine. I've tried contacting the store manager Dylan who had the district manager Michael Hillman reach out to me who did NOT help at all. After about 5 emails back and forth he simply quit responding. I've attached photos of the issue, the last time I came in for an oil change the lube tech simply shoved a new oil filter up into the top of a previous oil filter. After a certified mechanic checked it out, he said it was shoved in there so tight it created a seal strong enough to allow me to drive away but eventually keep the oil from reaching the engine and causing the engine to seize meaning Drive and Shine is the SOLE reason my vehicle is undrivable. I offered a peaceful solution to Michael before turning to litigation and posting about my experience yet he has chosen not to respond. That being said I HIGHLY recommend NO ONE uses Drive and Shine for their oil change needs.

Fast oil change, friendly service, car wash included. A bit pricy but for the convenience, it's worth it. Enjoyed the monkeys swinging. It's a fun and cute touch.

One of the best carwashes in the area. Your car comes out looking like you did a hand wash at home. No excess water or spots. Get the monthly membership, and it pays for itself within 3 washes!
