Dressage Dancers moved to its permanent home in the Bear Creek neighborhood in Woodinville a year ago, and just today, the full-size, brand-new covered riding arena was completed! Soft footing, spacious clean stalls, and a location on a very quiet street equal healthy horses and happy riders.
Dressage Dancers has two trainers, both of whom have a few openings in their riding instruction calendars. In addition, Carol will be teaching two separate weeks of intensive riding camps for children this summer. Past camps included two daily individual riding lessons, horse-related crafts, baking, and other fun camp activities (including playing in the hose on really hot days!)
I've helped Carol with students and horses at dressage shows and here in the arenas, and have also taken riding lessons here. You will learn the right way to here and you will always be encouraged to do your best and to enjoy your time with the horses. I'm so glad it's a low-drama barn; kids and adults alike can learn here in a supportive environment.Listed in: Parents, for Kids

We booked for a birthday party of 12 year olds. Each horse was led by someone walking while we rode. Safe, but not too exciting for 12 year olds.
This was otherwise great for a birthday party - close to town, everything provided for riding, beautiful location and trails, nice staff, good horses.
Would be a good birthday party for 6 to 8 year olds.

Clasical Dressage training by Bryan Beymer known as one of the best dressage trainers and instructors in the region. Bryan teaches all levels and is an expert in his field.

Instructor Carol Hopkins teaches riders of all ages at beginner to intermediate levels of skill.
History
Established in 1999
Originally established in the Bridal Trails neighborhood, Dressage Dancers has provided instruction and boarding services in Bellevue until expanding and moving to Woodinville in 2009. Expansion and moving allowed the additional services of more boarding, additional instructors, covered, lit arena, and a full Olympic size outdoor arena.
Meet the Business Owner: Carol H.
Carol very successfully rode on the "A" Hunter/Jumper show circuit from the late '70's through early '80's, when she found her calling in dressage. With 21 years of dressage training, Carol now competes and trains dressage from beginning through intermediate and advanced levels. Carol is a trained and certified teacher, and brings her many years in the education field to her instruction with great success. Students love her teaching style, and her goal is success for every student.
