It's interesting to read through the review here and see the one that had a poor experience.
My experience with Jolynn at Drapery Works was quite the opposite. I engaged Drapery Works to help me with four seprate windows throughout the upstairs of my home. Three of the installations revolved around blinds and the fourth was drapery in my dining room area (the focal point of my upstairs). Each of the blinds that were designed and then installed are perfect! Not only do they fit perfectly but they look really good (quality, etc.).
The drapery in my dining room is top notch. Jolynn's design and recommendation around fabic to be used and the wood and metal hanging rods are classy! Every time someone comes to my home they always compliment the drapery. It's exactly what I envisioned and just love it!
As far as how it has been working with Jolynn, she has been nothing but professional. She's organized, efficient, and a good communicator.
Given my experience, I would not hesitate to engage Drapery Works again in the future. -

I will give Drapery Works one additional star for trying to improve customer service. Joylnn has tried on a number of occasions, now that the review has posted, to contact me to correct the situation. I'll give her credit for that. Honestly with the product at a 7 is not low enough for me to want to take any additional time out of my life to deal with it so what is...is what is.

We had a wonderful experience. She showed us samples of what we were looking forward, discussed options, sketched out the look, and provided great suggestions! We will definitely go with Drapery Works for our future window treatment! She also followed up and confirmed our appointments.
We chose Drapery Works over some of the other popular places because she offered wider selection and basically a rod and fabrics that we really liked. Her selection really gave us a feeling that we truly were getting customized window treatments. -

The drapes Jolyn created for my living room are PERFECTION! She took the time to consult with me and listen to all my ideas, then offered a few more. After all, she knows drapes! Her presence during the installation ensured that they were positioned just right, open and close and hang perfectly. Good draperies can be expensive but when done like this are sooo worth it!

I have used Jolynn at Drapery Works on several occasions (it took three phases to finish all the window coverings in my house). I highly recommend her as she is professional, an effective communicator, with good design sense. Her installers were excellent. There was not one glitch. It really was a stress free, joyful experience.

Jolynn did an amazing job! She did custom made window coverings for 7 rooms in my house. All were different and equally beautiful. Jolynn came a Saturday morning and spent 3 hours at my house looking a numerous different fabrics and style. She listened to the style I liked and made recommendations that were excellent. The service too was great. It took less time than she had mentioned and her installer was also very nice and considerate.
What I really appreciated is that she came to the house on an extra trip to drop off and install temporary shades for guests who were staying at my house. I highly recommend Jolynn / Drapery Works! -

This company is fantastic. Jolynn understood exactly what we needed and made our home look and feel like a castle. My wife is a stickler for a good deal and Drapery Works came through!
