Been going to her for at least 8 years as my PCP.  She's awesome.  She can be a little serious, but that is not a bad thing for a doctor, right?  She's very sharp, and is not quick to panic, which I like.  She genuinely cares about her patients.  I highly recommend her.

Dr. Welter has been my physician for the last several years and I really like her.  They're very busy here so she's very professional and down-to-business more often than not but I've also found her to be warm and willing to listen and answer questions.   She can be pretty funny, too, once you get to know her a little.
