If you're a woman comfortable going to a male for your female issues, call this guy.

Dr. Tsai was recommended to me by a nurse years ago, and I've been going to him ever since. He's knowledgeable, honest, takes the time to explain everything and answer questions, writes great reports and speaks perfect English! Imagine that. In LA! No communication deficiencies there.

The office takes all kinds of insurance and will take great care of you. Don't expect smiles and firm hand shakes, but your health concerns will definitely be tended to.

My wife and I are expecting a baby by Mid-May. Being a first time parent, we have a lot of questions that need answers. Dr Tsai is NOT helpful at all and I strongly NOT recommend him. Not only he's always late for the appointment, when he finally arrived, he spend no more than 3 minutes with us, feels like that he just want to rush it through, and didn't explain how is the baby doing. My wife is at 38 weeks and still don't know the size of the baby nor has the baby engaged or what.
When we asked him questions he seems very impatient to answer, isn't a doctor's responsibility to answer all questions from patients? He may have the knowledge, but not the professionalism for a doctor.

Excellent doc. The nurses at the hospital recommended him. He did minimally invasive surgery for my sister when another doctor told her she needed to have a large cut. When I was pregnant, I'm happy I chose him to deliver my baby girl. When there was a problem during my labor, he explained everything to me in a calm and confident way. It made me comfortable during what was at first a terrifying situation. The nurse later told me I was lucky Dr Tsai was my doctor. The wait time in his office is long, but I think that's expected with busy doctors. His office girls are friendly. Five stars.
