I love this dentist office! The staff are ALL so nice, including the dentist working on my mouth. They're super communicative, call before appointments to remind you & overall just provide great service! I'm really glad I found a place I trust like them in Boston.

I called the office five times during business hours and no one answered.
I was left in my chair for 30 minutes and no one came to tell me why there was a wait.

Very poor costumer service! Definitely not recommend! They cancel the appointment apparently for no Reason! Just lost my day today ! Not recommend at all !

they will find something you need almost every time you go, not because they are good but because they are scammers. They will charge you one top of your insurance payment so look at what your Insurance paid and what you are supposed to pay CLOSELY. This place should be reported

First time visit/cleaning. Dr Patel made me feel at ease even though I was very nervous (I HATE the dentist). Throughout the cleaning he checked multiple times that I was alright to give me the chance to pause if needed. The whole visit took 30 minutes total including x rays and cleaning. No waiting around for the dentist after the x rays or sitting in the waiting room past my appointment time which I really appreciated.
They also did not try to upsell me on any braces/teeth whitening/fake issues to fix which I appreciate as I have had that happen at most dentists and it feels very invasive. I had an appointment last week. They cancelled the day of because there wasn't a dentist, but didn't tell me why. I thought that was a red flag and unprofessional.
I had an appointment this morning. They called and left a voicemail for me yesterday to get a "verbal confirmation." Since I was busy, I called them back after 5 minutes. No response. "We cannot transfer you at this time." That also seems a bit odd considering they had called me 5 minutes beforehand. I tried calling back 15 minutes, 20 minutes, an hour, two hours later; and I got the same response. It wasn't until they were nearly closed yesterday that I finally got a call back that I confirmed the appointment "verbally."
I went to the scheduled appointment this morning. When I arrived, the male admin had an unsavory attitude with me.
"Did you get a chance to fill out the forms we texted you?"
"No, I didn't get a text message."
"Well, we sent it to you... I don't think we can send it again for you to be able to see the dentist. Is your number: xxx-xxx-xxxx?" His tone was just deplorable for 8:30am in my most humble opinion.
I started asking him questions about their functionality, and reasoning behind needing a verbal confirmation. I stood there blankly for a few seconds. I realized if this admin guy could be disrespectful, and considering their lack of dentists, and even other reviews I've read about this place I'd be extremely hesitant to get any dental work from here. Be careful, the ambiance of this place looks like they'd tell you you'd have 10 cavities when you don't just to bill insurance.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dec 14, 2020
For me I have good teeth and making sure a dentist knows how to take care of it is important. Dr. Patel was patient, thorough, efficient, friendly, and reached all the problem areas I was having with tartar buildup. Not many dentists were accepting my insurance and the previously one did not work out for me. I recommend him for a visit and hope people get the same care I did.

I hadn't been to a dentist in 15 years and they didn't make me feel bad. I needed scaling and root planing and 3 fillings. It was expensive but I hadnt been in nearly half my life and dentists are expensive and my insurance is cheap, even so it wasn't as bad as it could be. They did a good job, they were friendly and kind. Livys my hygienist was especially wonderful, she made me feel at ease and cared for. No fuss, no one tried to upsell me on procedures I didn't need. Would recommend to anyone who is on a budget, who lives in the area, or who is nervous about returning to dental care!

RUN and take your teeth with you. this place finds a million things wrong with your teeth, shows you your X-ray knowing you are clueless and does work to scam you. They also charge you out of pocket expense way over what they are supposed to after your insurance pays their part. You need to look at what you are supposed to pay closely. They Are scammers in every way possible. seriously...stay clear!!!

Worst dentist I have ever been too, I went to get my teeth cleaned then I had to go back for a filling when I was getting the filling he started poking into one of my teeth says I might need a root canal. Then a couple days after I left my tooth started to hurt so I went to a different dentist sense I was satisfied with his service and they said I had an infection and it needed to be pulled mind you there was nothing wrong with this tooth before I came to this horrible dirty dentist office
