Debbie Sera from Down Time Healing Arts truly has healing hands.
Over the past few years I have sought her out on many occasion, to relieve me of my back pain. She is a miracle worker. Her cranial sacral treatments and massage are gentle and effective.

History
Established in 1999
DownTime Healing Arts Center was founded by Debbie Sera in 1999. Her dream was to provide a Center that offered her community alternative forms of bodywork service.
As sole proprietor, Debbie provided bodywork out of her 300sf office space in downtown Los Altos. Over the years, mainly through word-of-mouth, her clientele grew, prompting further expansion to over 2000sf allowing for more treatment rooms, a retail space and a new classroom.
Meet the Business Owner: Debbie S.
Out of her passion to help others become connected with the body, mind and spirit, Debbie founded DownTime Healing Arts Center. Leading up to this time, she has been practicing various forms of bodywork. Her specialty is CranioSacral Therapy and Therapeutic Massage, and works with individuals from infants to seniors. Her study of CranioSacral Therapy has been through the Upledger Institute where she is an Advanced Practitioner. At the same institute, she has furthered her studies in Pediatric CranioSacral, completing several pediatric internships and intensive programs. She enjoys working children challenged with Autism, ADD, ADHD and other special needs.
