1 review for Doughboy Pizza
Like Peter, I also had a recent bad experience at Dough Boy Pizza. I just thought they were having a bad day. I've been there a few times and the service was ok and the food was good. The last time I went, the service was absolutely horrible. Me and three friends went. We made our drink orders, my friends ordered sodas and I ordered water. The waitress promptly brought out the sodas and walked away. Once I realized she didn't bring my water I had to flag her down to get her to bring it. She then took our food order, 3 slices of pizza and a calzone. It took us over 30 minutes to get our food. We sat for a long time and I had to ask where our food was! They said it was ready and brought just the calzone to the table. I thought they were on their way to pickup the pizza and come back, however they didn't. I didn't want to eat my calzone in front of my friends until they got their food also. I had to again ask, where is the pizza and waited nearly 10 minutes to get it.
It seems like all their employees were new and had no clue, so I figured it was just a bad training day. Not sure if I'll return again though after reading Peter's review.
