this property is nice, although it could be better. they were going under reconstruction when we stayed. the front desk person who checked us in was really nice. i love their cookies. YUM! parking could be a pain since theyre so small.
the room was okay. i felt as though the sheets are a bit old fashioned. their towels were soft and i was really impressed with the bathroom. i believe it was recently renovated. bed is comfy and thats all you really need when ure on vaca =]
I stayed here for a friends wedding in a single suite. The bed was "really" comfortable, and the banquet food was really good! The first floor/second floor configuration was odd, there's no elevator access to the second floor, but it's a ramp access.
The room had a couch, a coffee table, a desk, an entertainment center with a 32" LCD and the channel array seemed like standard cable. The cost for pay per view seemed very high.
It's near a Mcdonald's, a jack in the box, and the Montebello Mall. Not to mention the 60 freeway for access.
Two ladies at the front desk, both were really nice. Gave us the free cookies, didn't get a chance to try them, thanks to my hubby. Room was really nice, mini fridge and microwave in there. Loved the big desk...not just some little round table....I could actually use it!!! Comfy little side chair near the window. The bathrooms are beautiful...stocked with Neutrogena products (Shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, face wash, face cream, hand lotion, etc). They had a little sign in the bathroom that says if you forgot anything (razors, toothpaste, toothbrush, tampons, comb, etc) you can call housekeeping for it...amazing. The only thing I didn't like were their towels. I like soft towels, not rough one's. Good thing I took my own though. Parking lot is kinda weird and dark. They have additional parking in a dirt area which I would never park in...you'll set yourself up for a break-in.
It's near the Montebello Mall which is good if you need to pick something up really fast, there's also restaurants and fast food joints near by. I would probably only stay here in an emergency to where I couldn't drive home (like this time I stood here). I wouldn't stay here for a romantic getaway or for a great view, a freeway and fields are not the nicest views in my book.

Terrible experience. Long story short experience included an out of date television that couldn't get loud or pay per view movie access. We called front desk twice and she said maintenance was coming. Never showed up. The comforter had what looked like a cum stain on it. The icing on the cake was there were cockroaches YES COCK ROACHES!!!, coming out of the sink. This place makes Motel 6 look like royalty.
swimming pool and jacuzzi were super dirty. if you want to use it, clean it yourself. the night-shift manager was also super rude. horrible experience. those cookies they give you also cost you over a dollar if you want more.
