All of the Don Pan bakeries are very good. The desserts are more impressive than the bread products. The cuban products are okay.

This local Latin bakery chain is easy to please for me for
a) good store presentation
b) excellent desserts
c) accessible store locations

There seems to be Don Pans everywhere in Miami-Dade and I'm glad because I have a huge sweet tooth. If you want to pick something up for a birthday, you should try their cakes and tortes here (think similar offerings from Versailles Bakery). Also, I've come here on occasion to pick something nice up for my coworkers (some pasteles, empanadas, choco-croissants) and they gobble it all down (even while saying, "Don Pan? Really? I never go there cause it's a chain"). Heh. The evidence speaks for itself.
