After looking forever I finally walked into the Don Muller gallery and I saw a ring that was calling my name! I purchased my (first) wedding band at the muller gallery. This was the first time I ever wore a ring and was not sure about the sizing. They told me to wear it around and if it didn't fit come on back and they would take care of me. Well.....the ring was to big and without hesitation Don Muller himself ordered me a new ring and it arrived in a weeks time. I am now happily married and display it with a sweet Timoku wedding band that fits perfectly!!!!!
Thank you Don Muller, the gallery and himself!
This gallery has some of the coolest stuff I have ever seen and even if you don't plan on buying it's a mustbsee place to look around!! -

This place is wonderful. Its a great place to find gifts or some new decor for your home. Also, it carries a wide array of fine jewelry that is designed by local artists. They also do custom pieces. A sure fire place to look for an engagement ring...

Artsy... unique... bizarre... beautiful... expensive... all things you could say about the gallery.
Looking for a crazy awesome gift for that special someone? Buy it here... unless the recipient has zero taste in art and then just go with the Applebee's gift card.
This is by far the most awesome collection of jewelry, sculpture and other fine artisan craftsmanship around. Seriously, having this shop makes Northampton 15% cooler. -

This is one of the most beautiful stores I've ever been in. From the first moment you walk in and see the mood-lit sky mural above to walking through and seeing all the art for sale, it constantly takes my breath away.
There is just such amazing art here. Stuff for the home, stuff for the garden, jewelry to wear, stuff I don't even know what it does, but it's still beautiful and amazing.
Now, granted, the price matches the coolness. Nothing here is cheap. I saw two homemade wine glasses for $250. Yikes. Still, fantastic all the same.
It's won tons of awards, including one of 2010 Coolest Stores in America by Instore Magazine. Absolutely true! I go here every time I am back in Massachusetts, even if I never buy anything. -

Who knew glass could be so damn cool?
This gallery shows glass as sculpture, glass as abstraction, glass as functional, glass as jewelry -- glass as ANYTHING and everything beautiful. Looking at the beautiful ikebana bases made me want to take up Japanese flower arranging just so I'd have an excuse to buy a base from here! I guarantee you'll see things in here that will make your jaw drop -- "how did they do that with glass?" you'll wonder.
While you're wandering the main drag of Northampton, stop on in here and let your imagination go crazy. -

My fiance and I have had an amazing experience with Don Muller Gallery. The staff, especially Allison and Don, were understanding and accommodating of our budget and worked with us to create the engagement ring of our dreams! We cannot recommend this gallery enough. Every other jewelery store we visited paled in comparison to the friendly service and beautiful large selection of rings, not to mention the other incredible pieces around the store. We never felt pressured to buy and felt comfortable asking multiple questions. We received the undivided attention of whoever was working with us and had a wonderful collaborative experience constructing our perfect engagement ring. We will absolutely be back for our wedding bands and give this store our very highest of recommendations - the ring is gorgeous and beyond anything we had ever imagined.

This is an astonishingly beautiful store. It is full of art you can actually own, and staffed by knowledgeable and warm people. Based on the gorgeous appointments and musuem-like interior, you might be surprised to know that there are things here in everyone's price range. My husband and I bought our wedding rings here and they are so artistic and unique that we receive compliments on them all the time, despite the fact that I am not sporting some giant diamond. And any subsequent time that my husband has bought me a gift here, I knew it would be lovely and I would literally have a new heirloom. Finally, the owner is a classy guy, and a generous supporter of local art and artists. Voila!

My now-husband and I drove from Boston out to Northampton, MA to purchase our wedding rings at the Don Muller gallery. After being disappointed time and again by jewlers in Boston that were too busy to really care about us, meeting Don was a total dream come true. Not only was he having a trunk show of our favorite designer (Alex Sepkus), but he was also able to offer us some excellent suggestions for a "dorky" ring for my chemist husband. We walked out of the store feeling fully understood, appreciated, and completely excited about our purchases! They specialize in sophisticated-whimsy! This is the place to go if you want someone to really pay attention to your preferences and style.

I want EVERYTHING in this store (but can afford almost none of it). It sells they most unique and beautiful things, and they support the work of local artists when they can. The people are always so nice and let me try on all the jewelry I want even though they certainly realize I'll never buy any of it. Don Muller's is a truly special shop, and definitely the best place for jewelry in the Valley (or, actually, anywhere).
