Domino's is one of two pizzerias that deliver to our home. I've used the app for every delivery and I've never had an issue. Yesterday, I tried getting delivery to my home because it was raining excessively in our area. Domino's called me to confirm that my choice in pizza ingredients was accurate, as I had ordered it with no cheese. I like that they double checked that to confirm there was no user error. That's dedication to customer service.
They did make our pizzas, and put them in a vehicle, but the water had raised so much that their vehicle was unable to reach my home. The delivery man called me and provided me options. He asked if I knew of backroads, which I did but I didn't want to risk his vehicle. He offered to meet me somewhere, but I didn't want to risk my vehicle either. He then said he could cancel the order and I would get my money back after 2-3 business days. Though I was disappointed I couldn't get pizza, I was amazing at the lengths that these employees from this locale tried to go to to get my pizza delivered. I ordered from this location because I was in a motel near it. I have not eaten at a dominos in years. Cause I felt that their quality had gone by the wayside. Well a few friends recently told me that they have come back to being good again. Well my order showed up fast and my salad was fresh and cool and crunchy. The sandwich was hot and great tasting. The chicken Alfredo was great and hot as well. The cokes were cold and all was right with the world. I will order again from dominos . This was a refreshing experience.hownem-vuczej-6Tyxge

Considering that the night before was New Year's eve, and due to the fact that we have been eating left overs since Thanksgiving, and not to mention that is 50°F and rainy we decided to order out. we ordered through the Domino's app: 2 large pizzas, 1 veggie thin crust, the other half jalapeño half pepperoni hand tossed, and a sub, buffalo chicken ranch, and 2 sodas, a Dr. Pepper, and a Fanta orange. Now, before I continue, understand that the pizza the sandwich and the sodas were very delicious it was cold and rainy and we didn't want to go out so of course the only choice was delivered.
You would think that the order was simple enough, but we got 2 calls from dominos. The first was to let us know that on the veggie pizza they didn't have the thin crust that we want on the pizza no big deal just crust. Then they call is to let us know that they were out of strawberry soda, we didn't order strawberry soda. Then to top it all off when the pizza delivery got some he only has 1 soda. Under any other circumstance I would not have made a big deal about the soda, but this order was $2.15 plus the delivery fee which means the soda come out to $5. When I called to tell them about the minor, miniscule, insignificant problem about my soda the attendant calls the assistant manager without even acknowledge me she jus passed me to the assistant, who then passes me to a manager. REALLY!!
I hate to tell you this Domino's but world class pizza plus terrible customer service equals not a very good dinning experience
Long and short of it all, I removed the Domino's app from my phone, and from now on I'd rather make the 40 minutes, to and from the closest Pizza Hut to me, than order from the Domino's that's only 4 miles away.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
