Domino's Pizza

The service was snarky, the food was lukewarm, and the wings were tiny. Like really tiny.

My order took a little longer than expected. The manager called me and credited my account for the entire order. Great management and super friendly.

I think it's great they are doing contactless delivery. But the driver dropped my pizza off in the rain and it got soaked. If you are going to charge the prices you are going to charge you should make sure the driver get the pizza there in decent shape!

This dominoes isn't very good. I've had way better. Every time we order it it's annoying because we still can't order online unless we do carry out. For delivery you still have to call and our house has been built for almost two years. The quality isn't very good. The sauce tastes old and the dough is yucky.

Only ordered cinnamon twist. Got all the way home (25 mins away) only to learn they forgot the icing. I mean, come on. How do you forget that?? It wasn't like I had a huge order.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pan pizza, 1 lava cake order & two icings with a sprite and orange Fanta to drink. When I got the delivery they failed to have my icing & instead had charged me for two orders of the lava cakes. I am giving a 5 star review solely on the basis that the delivery girl was super sweet and helped me fix the order. She drove all the way back to the location & then back to my house to get me my icing. It really meant a lot that she was so kind about the whole situation putting me the customer first. Although there was an issue it was corrected when the delivery driver called to get help from the manager over the phone, correcting my total, & with upheld exceptional customer service.

It's a little too salty the past 3-4 times I've ordered. I typically love dominos for the yummy crust but I'm just overwhelmed with saltiness and pepperoni the past times I have ordered a regular pepperoni pizza. As for my delivery, it is always timely and nothing is ever forgotten. Just want the next time I get food for it to be prepared well!

Best place in bg for me never have to wait for sec pay and go this is my everyday pizza place just at dominoes

They have a very altered reality of time apparently. Called while I was on Russellville Rd. and they asked me to hold for a minute. I waited 5 minutes, and was in the parking lot before they answered my call. Once they did, they took my order, and told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. We waited 15, just to give them the benefit of the doubt, and then went in. I was told my pizza wasn't ready, and I wait another 15 minutes before they give it to me nonchalantly, like there was no issue. All in all, the pizza was delicious, and I love the company. But this location doesn't understand how time works.

Good delivery times. Drivers tend to remember sauces and drinks better than nearby competitors.
