Domino's Pizza

I decided to try dominos out for the first time in 20 years, now I remember why its been 20 years. If your stoned, and its free, you might enjoy it.

I recently tried Domino's lava cakes, and they are hands down the best I've ever had! The gooey chocolate center is pure bliss. Beyond the deliciousness, their customer service was exceptional - prompt, friendly, and attentive. Domino's has won me over with both their delectable desserts and top-notch service!

Ordered pizza for an easy dinner one night. I ordered on my phone and usually it will tell you where you are in the process. I waited and waited for it to start moving but it never did. It had told me the pizza would be ready in 30 min. So I decided to go pick it up and see if for some reason the site wasn't working like it always had. I get there and I'm in the lobby waiting. One of the guys sees me and comes up to the register but does something else and doesn't even say hello or anything. Okay, so your busyish and you don't want to forget what your doing. Well he's going around almost like he's waiting for someone else to deal with me. Finally he comes back and asks if I'm there to pick up pizza. Well, it was done, but their service is highly lacking even for a dominos. I also saw someone over making pizza with their drink on the top over the toppings and he would take a drink and go back to making pizzas. Pretty sure that is not something that is allowed in accordance with OSHE. Usually they are pretty good, this time I was disappointed all over the place.

The food is fine; good at best! The service is what drives this place down, unfortunately. I've had two experiences like this and has happened one to many times. Orders often forgotten. DontMr answer the phones. Unorganized. Lack of urgency. Have waited over 1.5 hrs at times for single items.

It's been years since I've had Domino's. Is it as good as NY style pizza? or Chicago? or Detroit? nope. But it's tasty and dependable. We just had some at work for everyone and it was delicious. Honestly, I would get Domino's over PIzza Mondo (overhyped and overpriced). I'm a big fan of ordering with a mobile app. The location in Bend, is close enough to where I live, I'll use the app and pickup myself when the craving strikes again.

LOUSY customer service! LOUSY food!
Placed order thru app trying three times with Apple Pay before using debit card. Waited over an hour for food when tracker said it had been delivered, we had not received. I called to find out where they had left it since we hadn't received. Took forever to pick up the phone, but chalked that up to being dinner hour. Spoke with store and told we had given them wrong address. NO... we were at motel and gave address and name of motel. I politely asked how we could fix this and store employee said he needed to talk to manager. I was told it was my fault for putting in the wrong address, there was nothing wrong with app, and I was welcome to place another order at my expense. I went livid! I asked them to contact the driver and see if he still had our pizza, did he leave it with someone, etc. because I was not going to pay for a second order. Employee, after arguing with me, agreed to call the driver. Driver showed up about 10 minutes later with our food. Cold, burnt, skimpy toppings, and claimed he tried calling us three times. Having been in customer service for 40 years. This is unacceptable!!!! I will never purchase pizza from Domino's in Bend again. Sadly, I have to come back another couple of times, and our tradition is to have pizza when we stay at a motel. I will order anywhere here.

The worst! I will never order here again and don't bother trying to speak to s manager or GM as he will not return calls. Corporate is a joke.... Shame on this company! Cold pizza ... had to drive up there myself because it was over an hour then nobody picked up the phone and the tracker was all of a sudden not working.... Weeks and no response from the manager to get my delivery fee and tip back!

Their pretty fast for delivery at least everytine ice ordered my our us super hit and delicious!! Drivers are always courteous n kindmy favourite dominoes by far

Reliable and easy to find location. We are staying the night in town on our travel and wanted an easy dinner in tonight. Domino's was right on the target for good creating our own pizza (thin crust, pepperoni, mushroom and olive). And the cheesy bread is always sooooo good. Food was right on time as I came to pick it up. Clearly a busy place with delivery and pick up. Staff was great and working hard to get things out and to the customers.

Thats pizza really was sort of on the darky side of solutions for my own cravins!! It was good but for there only but there werent many hams on that powwow, those trains go through and sing to ya to sleep but STILL NOT HAM ON THE HAM PIZZA. PERPPERONIS WERE DELISHIS but there werent many pinapples who likes that nonetheless good pizza pies,

i especially like apple pies not so much Pepperoni or general meat pies!!

Nowhere in the purchase flow does it state the delivery time. Only after charging your card does or state a 90 minute time. Tried contacting the store 4 times to cancel, but no one picks up the phone.
