If you are lucky, you live in a neighborhood where Dog Gone Walkin' will take care of your dog. Katie and Co. at Dog Gone Walkin' are the greatest!
Cookie, my big athletic dog needs more exercise than I can handle with a full time job, but since she's a big friendly bruiser of a dog, it's hard to find someone I trust to take her out.
The first time I met Katie and watched her interact with my dog I was sold. She clearly understood animals and I felt secure knowing Katie would be taking her out on hikes.
I highly recommend! -

My name is Rocco. I'm a friendly pitbull. I love everybody but I really love Katie! I cry sometimes that Katie doesn't walk me anymore. I wish Katie would come back!

Katie and all of her crew do a great job with my big goofy dog. He is always thrilled to see them and comes home tired and happy.

We have entrusted our menagerie (2 dogs, 4 cats and a tortoise) to Katie and her quality caretakers on two occasions and we couldn't be more pleased with how professional and dedicated everyone is at Dog Gone Walkin'.
During our first experience away in November of 2007 our oldest dog Shadow suffered what seemed to be a stroke and Katie and Company were amazing in how well they handled the trying situation, and kept us informed throughout the ordeal of veterinary visits.
I wouldn't hesitate to call Katie the next time we're away from our animals and need her excellent services. -

Katie is the only dog walker I would entrust my very insecure rescue, Nash, to. She is patient and kind with him....I always know he is taken care of...walked, hiked, fed and happy. I would highly recommend using Katie's company.

What? I can't rate them 10 stars...because they seriously deserve it! Our dog Moose (a rescue mix 100+ pounds) is now socialized because of the services that Dog Gone Walkin' provides. They have been with us since the beginning with Moose. We were very nervous to have Moose interact with other dogs because of a few weird incidents we encountered with othe neighborhood dogs + local dog park here in Silverlake. Over the course of the last year-and-a-half Katie was able to help us feel secure about moose moving from individual to group hikes. One of the dog walkers that works for Katie - Nathan - is awesome. Moose gets so excited when he hears Nathan's car driving down the street.
We have used Dog Gone Walkin' for private walks, group hikes, doggie boarding and would recommend them to anyone who lives within their service area. Our house was for sale for 7+ months and like clockwork...Dog Gone Walkin would come (always on time) to pick up Moose before our Sunday open houses and drop him off at the end of the day. We can tell he has been pampered and enjoyed his exercise as he is always tuckered out at the end of day and not following us around for snuggles etc...
We are moving back to France and Moose will be happy to have a larger yard, but will certainly miss Katie, Nathan, and Dog Gone Walkin'. Oh, and the prices are totally reasonable + they can take your dog on errands to the vet, to get groomed etc... if needed. Give them a call :) -

Katie and her crew are the best that there is! I am so grateful to her that she tries to accommodate my often unpredictable schedule and always, and I mean always comes through. When I go away, she provides top notch housesitting and pet care (I have 2 dogs and 2 cats) and I am able leave knowing that everything (and everyone) will be well-taken care of. I recommend her and her crew (wonderful Nathan is currently walking my dogs) to anyone looking for top notch pet care. They are all knowledgable, compassionate, and trustworthy.
