Established in 2006
Like many people in the area, I was let go from my job. Tired of the constant fear of losing my position, I thought, why not go into business for myself? Thus, Doctor Steam Carpet Cleaning was born. The name was my wife's idea. Wanted to be married to a doctor maybe :-)
We started in Dayton, OH with a portable and a van. After a year of hard work, we purchased our first truck mounted cleaning machine and an ambulance, which allowed us to service more customers, faster. We also expanded our services to include upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and flood repair.
No matter what we do, our philosophy is to treat our customers the same way that we would want to be treated. So, we guarantee our work 100%. If you're not happy, we will come back and make it right. If you're still not happy, your money will be returned to you, no hassles.
